Are popups not very disturbing?
I can't say that people loves them but as long as the website is very related to cryptocurrency and the offer/ ICO is something intresting it can be even pleasent!

Every person that is seeing our popups has given permision while they downloaded and installed a software to install a toolbar. They can uninstall the toolbar that triggers popups whenever they want! There is just people that doesn't find it disturbing!
Why don't i get any sales or registrations?
Popups need to catch the attention very quick thats why clean landing pages and squeeze pages (where people can submit there email adress) work the best!

The rate seems to be too high for visitors from pop up traffic. As pop ups traffic cannot be used with adsense or any other ad service providers, and the engagement ratio will not be pretty significant for obvious reason. Still, best of luck getting customers here in bitcointalk.
I lowered the prices and ofcourse it should be used for ICO's or for crypto related services!

How many installations of the tool bar are there and what are their geo locations ? Any insight about the age group or profession of the tool bar users will also be an advantage for advertisers to decide.
Visitors come from all over the world and i once asked a dev but they can't tell me how many people installed the toolbar! No guarentees can be made! But with the Polybius ICO this was pretty succesfull! Used 50.000 visitors to make more then 800 dollar! The affiliate commision was just 5% so i sold for 16.000 dollar in Polybius!
I think you need to upload your past clients like Polybius ICO to your main thread and add a disclaimer since you can not guarantee that the traffics shall converts or not.

Are you buying traffic from "installs" aka people which are part of a botnet, or is this 100% legit, and it could be for sure, but why would they install a toolbar which continously gives them popups?
Also, how can we check you actually deliver anything? Your prices seem high for just 25k visitors, even if they are a 100% legit.. Conversion rates aren't that high.
