I'm currently mining now (on the beta) and the coins actually feel valuable. Mostly due to the fact that you only get 5 coins per block.

type...
addnode virtualcoin.hopto.org add
wait few mins to start sync.

30 min block target ? Wtf ... if pool wants 120 confirmations per block, that mean 120x 30, are u normal? This will take whole universe time to make transaction ...
values will change based on testing, these values are not final.

QQ: how is this different than Hiro or Hash coin?
Different algo for Gravity well (Custom Gravity Well using in house Virtual Gravity Well), awards, lot of code change of base code to optimized it for performance. That is the reason why it is in beta stage to iron out major bugs.
OpenSSL security bug already fixed in current beta version.
Testing on 0.9.1 base code with new revisions.
I hope this helps, more changes on the way.
And... very important real NO PREMINE COIN.
