I'm sorry but I'm unclear as to the new Virtual Coin.
Are old balances transferred to the new chain ? So we just need to import our old address or wallet into the new wallet?

Or is this brand new start from zero ??

There aren't any, this coin used to be listed on a few exchanges, but not anymore. It got delisted long ago, probably more than 1 year but I can't remember.

Where is the exchange?

After getting feedback from Merchants & corporate users, we have made many changes including support for users wants to run wallet behind work place Firewall/proxy, connection will use port 80 which is open by most companies.

We need more stable VirtualCoin Network, please if possible run a wallet on work PC that is on 24x7, very little bandwidth is used & is not detectable by Network administrator as their is no installer & it just connects & uses http web port.

Confirmed working behind Cisco ASA, Checkpoint & Palo Alto (expect advance layer 7) firewall.
