Are you using Windows Client. I am on block 5009.
check to make sure you have 9.1.6 version.
also using 9.1.6 version, start with...
virtualcoin9-1-6.exe -reindex
it detects any issues in your blockchain. (Everyone should do this)
Last in debug window type...
getblockhash 5000

Congrats, hardwork & dedication paid off. yes, it was a known issue with some Linux 32bit OS with specific kernel, unless Linux is patched by the user, this version at least provides a fix. Pool OPs should have known about it.

No issues so far on Windows 7 64bit. I can see all my coins.
I complied source code on Linux, it was able to sync in 2-3 mins. It is sad to see sonysasankan blaming dev for Linux bug unrelated to Virtual Coin code.
That was the reason why chinese pool never has this issue as they were not using Linux version having this bug. I also search & found many other users with other coins reported the same issue, not just X11.

I CAN CONFIRM THIS FIXES FORKING ISSUE.
Tested on Ubuntu 12.04 32bit.

I tried to support this coin, I even got it on the voting list on mintpal. But with this many problems, the ability to still solo mine with 1 graphics card (R9 290X) and find at least 1 block every 10 minutes, and the amount of forks and new client updates. I'm sorry to say but I think this coin is gone.
Dev, if you are listening, please update the source code download link or compile a new linux version so that the exchanges aren't on a fork. (this is the third time I have asked)

for a many hours, since I did tried to send 4vc and "AddToWallet" is never log again.
