I have a question regarding the delivery of physical card. Is 2 weeks the max delivery time even during this pandemic?

The usual delivery time for a physical card is up to 2 weeks. But in a pandemic, the timing may increase and we cannot influence this. It all depends on the country of delivery, lockdown and delivery organization.

We choose Deutsche Post for delivery. If you want to speed up the delivery by choosing UPS-delivery, you should inform us about it immediately after passing the verification.
