I don't think two weeks is max for card delivery. It may take a month especially if you are not from the country/region of origin. Because when I order online, sometimes the item takes more than two weeks before it arrives, it's still here locally, what if it's from another country/region, right?

Yes, both plastic and virtual cards require verification, it's quite ordinary one - face and ID or international passport.
All the customers has right to request deletion of their personal data, it's one of basic GDPR ideas which OWNR complies.
Lower fees go live really soon, all the fees which OWNR is in charge of are available by the link in the descrpition, nothing is hidden, but anyway there are some external banks' fees, e.g. when withdraw from ATM, and unfortunatelly OWNR can't help here, no one can but the bank itself.

I think it is possible to accept the idea of prepaid card if the fees are better than the Bitcoin network, but I want the information related to identity to be more detailed, for example, does the customer have the right to delete his data, transaction limits, AML and other steps.
So again give low fees, no hidden fees, decent exchange rates, and you'll find some interest.
