In other words, the products on Virtual Mining website do not exist, and development of said products abandoned. I haven't given up on the company yet. I still believe they can give me my system that i have paid for.

You would need to increase the hashing power by a factor of 10 in order to account for the increased difficulty for non delivery at the end of December.
This is assuming you can deliver in April (serious doubts going off track record - please prove us wrong)
Even then, miners will not turn a profit because of the current price of BTC. (~$570)

On the other hand, consumer fraud is an entirely different kettle of fish, and would be extremely damaging to Ken's securities case.

@V2Rocket, you should get your facts correct coindesk12 contacted the Attorney General to get a shipping date. VMC issued a refund due to the fact that at the time we did not have a confirmed shipping date for coindesk12. Coindesk12 did not want a refund.
