Vod is a big mouth always lying when searching to escape from his blatant lies and abuse.

I will send tomorrow AGAIN a request on his facebook profil to please confirm that he is Vod on bitcointalk.
Last time he refused playing games like he gave proof who he is where in reality he gave horseshit which could be used for a clear identification by law.

I just checked it and this is not true, you can't get reward by filling form 3949-A, but you could get it if you fill another form, which you never said you filled, right? And I can't find part where you claimed what OG said you did.

I’m not the only one who donates to NastyFans, and I don’t control that address. You’re literally trying to say anyone who donates money to NastyFans and everyone involved is a tax cheat, with no knowledge of any of their taxes. Is everyone that sells anything in the goods section a tax cheat? How about the people who donated to Free Ross, or this forum? Where’s the line Vod? That's what my report was based on.   Was OG lying when he wrote that, and how would he prove I knew he was lying?  How would he show I claimed I was getting a reward?  How would he know what form I was told to use?    Or will he just state we misunderstood his cherry picked words... again?

Obviously, the whole forum can see he has won.... again.

 

Depending on what form you file, yes. Vod claimed he was going to get a reward which means he’d have to file a form and sign under penalty of perjury that the information he’s providing is accurate. Since it is nothing but provable lies, he would most definitely be charged. If he spoke to a professional like he claims, he’d know this.

Sidebar: If I believe somebody is evading taxes, and I report them and it turns out that I was wrong I'd get arrested for perjury over there? Or are you referring to some other parts of this.. thread/thing/whatever is going on?

Yes, it is crystal clear Vod is a liar. His defense of this is to spout more lies, like I don’t pay taxes. He obviously has no way of knowing what I pay, and is full of shit. Honestly though, if this ends with me getting a fat refund check and Vod being arrested for perjury, it’s a win in my book.

Vod has a long history of trying to get people fired when he does not like them. He also doxes people for similar reasons.

I would not put it past him to try to get someone arrested or audited for similar reasons.

In fact, OG fell from trust so fast once the system was fixed, you have to wonder - was he trusted because he was nice, polite, sympathetic, understanding, etc?  Of course not, his online record and RL record prove he is an ass.

OG was trusted because he was able to offer a "community" way to get BTC easier and cheaper (no tax!) than other projects.  This was a flaw in the old DT system.

If I started up a strip club and told people they could "donate" to get in, "donate" to get a drink, and donate a lot to get a lap-dance, I would be popular and trusted too!  imagine getting to write off your hobby like that!  "I'm no tax lawyer, but all I am doing is bringing my friends together.".  People would jump up to defend me if some "busybody" tried to shut the place down.

I also believe OG is being as honest as usual in cherry picking the words "I pay my taxes".

He is retired.  He has no income.  He just gets donations (no tax!) from nastyfans, and donations from neighbors when he donates excess energy to them.  He does "earn" 0.5 btc a month from this forum, but that's probably no where on the books unless he has cashed out (as a donation lol)

An asshole lives completely off donations from others, just like Al Capone, who also had no income.

Maybe you should ask OG why he doesn't pay taxes?  Ask him what happened the last couple times HIS neighbors COURAGEOUSLY had to call 911, and they didn't fret over the potential "what ifs" - that is stupid!

I think theymos should consider it. At-least to have a 2/3 multiSig wallet. You and other two party may be. Accident happens and prevention is the better step than to wait for the damage.

By the way, I thought the case between you and Vod were about to cool down but other day when I saw the investigation topic I had to feel sorry. We don't want personal attacks instead we want to work together for greater benefit of Bitcoin.

Not only do I pay my taxes, but I only claim the gains. I have significant losses stemming from all the activity I’ve done while BTC was much higher that I could claim. I believe if I am audited I will receive a refund, but we will see. Thinking I haven’t paid six figures in taxes for crypto related income would be a mistake, and if Vod files the form to receive a reward with the current information he is claiming, I believe he will be charged with perjury. He also posted the wrong information about his anonymous form and receiving a reward, so I don’t believe he’s even spoken with a professional and is lying about that too.

I think Vod’s behavior is damaging to innovation and I think it should be crystal clear now he is an enemy to bitcointalk users. Dangerous speculation with reporting to authorities could cause headaches for any of us. Is this really going to be the new thing here? Are we as a community going to stand for this type of behavior?

If you still trust Vod at this point, take a long look in the mirror.

No, I don't... all people make mistakes (intentionally or not). But you do not pay taxes "for the government", you pay taxes for the community. I like living in a relatively save environment with nice infrastructure and medical care. If you don't, then please - again - GTFO!

If they find Anything at all on him after going over him with a fine toothed comb they can easily freeze and/or confiscate all of his assets including the money he is holding for the forum for who knows how long..
