1. Selling shares without SEC approval is completely illegal.
2. There is no real description of the project. It says "JUST GIVE ME YOUR MONEY"
3. Promising 400% income after 2 years (OBVIOUS PONZI)
4. Website design is so bad that even a low grade scammer will do the better one (Confirmation that VOD is just a lazy alcoholic)
Here is what VOD said "I'm running my new project in a separate corporation and will be fundraising to develop it. My goal is to make $1,000 a month residual income, so I can get citizenship in a caribbean country, sell my house, and retire." (Clear signs that he has a serious legal problems... may be unpaid taxes or more serious crimes - we all know what am I talking about)
DO NOT GIVE THAT SCAMMER A SINGLE DOLLAR AND REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR TRUST LIST.
