Thanks for doing this contest, RickDeckard! There were a lot of great submissions.

nioctib_100 had the best-looking final result IMO. I love the way the letters seem to be emerging chaotically out of the apples, but yet you can still read them in the photo.

Dickiy, puloweh555, loopes, and Helena Yu also had fantastic-looking pies.

The most interesting recipe was Betwrong's. That's a pie I'd like to try making sometime.

@RickDeckard
I would suggest between each entry to add:
Code:
[hr]

And also give a little more space between each entry.

The way it is currently, it can confuse the names and the images, since it seems that the name below the photos was the one that made the afternoon, and not the one above.

I'll have to apologize regarding these situations. I was tired while making the thread and some errors eventually appeared and I'm sorry for that. I've implemented all of your suggestions, thank you!

There are so many delicious pies submitted above but I will choose for GazetaBitcoin's pie among them.
I noticed that his pie is unique from the others, we can't even recognize that it's an apple pie, the chocolate filling also is so delicious.

There is a great competition with the pies, each of which looks more beautiful than the other. Thanks to all the members of the forum, from the organizer to the participant. I want to participate in the voting. The work I chose is the pie belonging to @EFS. I hope it will be a competition that will be repeated every year. Personal opinion: If we had the chance to vote more than once, we would have a chance to support more users Smiley

Because yeah, a pie is not a cake, and apple pies are holy. I have to say that it is one of the most beautiful apple pie I saw until now. Pretty sad to not had the opportunity to taste it  Undecided

How can we decide who is the winner without tasting pies ? Cheesy For example Helena Yu pie looks tasty and I want to eat it. But some pies looks like they are raw and still need to be left for few minutes in oven.

hi, can I point out something, I think it would be good if you add a horizontal line between each submission because the name of the participants is too close to the image above them, it makes it looks like the image above them is the pie they submitted.

good luck to all participants!!!

I thought the same thing. It's a little confusing to figure out which name belongs to the picture.

One more thing. How can people actually vote? Didn't see anything about that?

Comment in this thread which submission they like most?

Anyway, good luck to all the participants. I won't stand a chance against this strong competition! Respect!

Edit: My vote goes to Helena Yu ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61770657 ) , she was the first and set the standard.
