If this method works with legitimate Starbucks gift cards that you can buy in stores then how does can you make so much money with those? Aren't you really losing money? You start off with "guaranteed 100% success"  then you allegedly give it (or sell it) to one person and that ONE PERSON can't use it "in the 2 states he has friends and in Canada" then you drop down to "well, if it works in your state so I'll sell it for 1/2 price and NOW it's "well, if it doesn't work you still get something more valuable than a Starbucks card."  And now your "semi-almost-voucher" is sending out his "runners" to break the SBX banks around the country.  

FWIW I have never cashed in a SBX card for 10% or 99% because that would be money laundering or theft since the only cards you can make money on would be the ones we purchase from "questionable sources" for under face value.  Buying coffee with them is one thing since you can just play dumb when they go bad but buying them for the purpose of turning them into cash is either money laundering, theft or selling stolen goods. Does your "method" also include sources for stocking masks or at least how to hack the SBX cameras?  


Here, this might help you, right from Google.  Here are some state laws regarding cashing gift cards (you're welcome):

California, have fun.  Of course Anything goes there:  Any gift certificate sold after January 1, 1997, is redeemable in cash for its cash value, or subject to replacement with a new gift certificate at no cost to the purchaser or holder. Effective January 1, 2008, any gift certificate with a cash value of less than $10 is redeemable in cash, which includes currency or check, for its cash value.

Colorado, Maine, and New Jersey allow gift card refunds, but the balance has to be under $5.
    
In Rhode Island and Vermont the balance has to be under $1.

Massachusetts allows refunds, but the balance has to be under $5 and 90% or more of the card's original value has to have been used

Montana allows refunds for cards with a balance under $5, but the card's original value has to be higher than that.

Washington State refunds gift cards with balances under $5, but you have to purchase something that dips your card total below $5.

Finally, Oregon does offer refunds, but the gift card balance has to be under $5 after a purchase (and a few other stipulations).

If it works for you , it's really worth it! It gives you 100% cash . Though yeah it do not does 1000$ a day and it needs two days most of the time , not same day!

It means that he gave me the trick , i tried . It didn't worked in Canada , i tried in USA , it didn't worked in two states (where i had friends).
Though , i can assure you it does work but solely depends on the manager. You will know once you hear it , it's pretty cool! Shame i couldn't get it working for myself.
