No physically you have to be within the USA. Know you're supplier; My guide is how to cashout the cards, I say nothing about obtaining them.

I answered that question plenty in this post. It doesn't affect my ability to make money in any way because it is legal and nothing more than a simple trick that I got extremely lucky figuring out.

Also, you need some creativity to use this method and make thousands a day as I have. You don't have a store cash them out. You don't break down the cards in any way.

theres no way you can split a large amount on the card, and then return it for cash.
It`ll be returned how it was used, so example you used it to buy a expensive $300 machine, its going to be the form of the giftcard not cash.
