well my recommendation vip72 or socks escort . I used those vpn service for long time to post on Craigslist.price is little bit higher than others.
have a lot of proxy's/servers all over the world.
have region specific proxy's that you can choose from.

I recommend TunnelBear, this is great and it can be used on multiple platforms.

I have also used PureVPN for specifically their split tunneling feature which allowed me to set a different location on my teamspeak server but use my local server to do other things. It also has AES256 encryption or whatever it's called.

Hope that helps. And as far as I know , you can use Bitcoin for both. But I am not 100% sure.

I did visit your source you mentioned about DNS service with VPN but they do not have refund policy, last week i went outside of USA to UAE where i could not access us netflix then i searched about affordable VPN and read reviews then finally i installed private internet access it is affordable vpn.
