Yeah @Stunna had already said that the bonus was being sent even before he created this thread.. maybe he realized that now.

He didn't get the bonus because he wasn't entitled to it, and was banned.  Apparently he got some other bonuses though.

The bonus OP is talking about isn't promoted.  At the beginning of each month VIP hosts give out cash bonuses to their 'top players'.  AFAIK nobody is 'entitled' to it.  I've heard rumors it's the top 1,000 wagered players, but only from other players.

If this was something offered to OP before hand, they would have a legitimate argument.  But, I don't think this is the case.  Basically they just give out money to whoever they want at the beginning of each month.  It seems they didn't want to give any to OP for some reason.

This point exactly, these bonuses are not a guaranteed entitlement. The account in question was suspended in March. What is surprising is that Stake actually paid out bonuses even after that suspension for the user to withdraw and yet they are still here posting this. This account was overpaid bonuses when they should have reasonably been immediately cut off.

I have played on stake.com since last July.  My username is SURFRIDER.  I wagered over $10mil in March and I never received the monthly top players bonus (I tried to redeem it and it was $0.01).  I have sent 3 emails to my host, Eddie and he's not reading my messages on telegram.  I have been trying to resolve this for over 2 months now.  I haven't broken any of the terms of service and my ID is still pending verification after a month since it was submitted.

I know that Eddie has paid out other players when their accounts were undergoing verification or if it turned out they couldn't play on stake because of jurisdiction.  I missed out on the monthly bonus for March, the weekly bonus on 4/3 and no reload on 4/2 for the past 7 days of play.  I just want to square up.

FYI, I don’t have multiple accounts and I followed all the rules!

Stunna I did try to send you a PM a week ago
Looks like your case was already answered , best to close this thread because I'm sure you are online in your main Bitcointalk account.

What's funny here is that OP had Posed this thread and never comes back to update or answer some question.

Now i will ask Him directly , Is He serious about this claim or just trying His luck to gain attention so the Management of this prestigious  Gambling site will make way for him to make some bucks here?

people continue to talk when the complainant cares nothing after this Post.
He probably already received them.

If you don't use one of the bonus codes when signing up, then the support has to activate the bonus for you. Seems like this guy was just too focused on getting Eddie to do it rather than just getting help from the support.
actually if you only read the post above of Stake owner stunna then you'll find this

Ironic that I missed it. Oh well. At least there is a response to it.

What was the reason OP's account got suspended? Also just know if the account got suspense, it still able to withdraw.

i think this thread has become infested with signature spammers that aren't really saying anything.
Well you know most of people never read on OP and just posting whatever they think to make few posts on this thread. On Op is clearly if he didn't use multiple accounts and broke any rules, but people still asking about that.

I consider whales issue a big issue and they should resolve it right away, but I don't think this particular issue can be considered a scam, it's a bonus issue, something that can be resolved, Stakes is the top gambling site in the Cryptocurrency industry and they have many players and many tickets to resolves since it is now posted here you will get the attention for your issue.
That's a bonus and there should be no issues with that one since they are the one promoting it not unless OP did a terrible mistake on abusing that Bonus. There's always a problem on big money, especially on the issue of AML but since Stake is the top gambling site, hopefully they can address this issue. OP didn't respond here anymore, I guess it resolve already.

I think that Stake.com is a reputable site. However,  I read some issues regarding this site recently.  Do hey get overload users or error systems?
And,  are you sure that you have used the right link and also do ll the rules?  If you did,  I think you will get your rigjt but,  wait for litle bit again until all confirmed.
OP seems to be a regular gambler so he wont be missing some details like this.

So maybe it is Stake system that's making this issue alarming , there are several claims like this recently .

But like what you said , Stake.com being reputable gambling site? surely they will face this fairly .

As long there were no violations or shady things attached about the bonuses then theres no doubt that this issue would really be resolved out anytime soon.

The entire community does know on whats the reputation of Stake into this market and this one is a bit uncommon for  some whale who do make out some complaints

but for sure they wont really be letting things to get unresolved so OP just wait up until this thing resolves.

I feel like someone who wagered 10 million dollars wouldn't care about whatever is given for a gift, how much does stake give as monthly bonus? I mean if a person who wagered 10 million is starting a whole new topic on bitcointalk for not getting the bonus that means 2 things; either the bonus stake gives is so huge that someone who can afford 10 million wagered cares about it so much since it is a lot of money, or this guy somehow got lucky by gambling because if the amount is very little then why would someone rich would care about it enough to start a whole topic?

I thought that very same thing that even a million dollar wagering gambler is bothered about the gifts he may be deprived of. Though, money is money and nobody will leave a cent on the table they are aware about, that it is theirs. Smiley

Stake is a decent place, they do care about their whales a lot, they have gone down in support if you ask me but they are still going to find this topic and help out and find the problem and solve it I am sure of that, they became worse than they used to be but never a scammer, not a chance.

Be rest assured that stake will not let its years of work, reputation be ruined due to Op or anybody's similar cases. It will soon throw an answer as well as a solution to Op's problem. Wait and give them some time.

The main reason why high rollers like Stake is because of the various bonuses, so it is understandable why you feel bad for not getting a top monthly bonus. It is funny to get less than a dollar for a bonus coupon as a plat user but it shouldn't be like that for a million-dollar wager. Maybe they will ask to prove the source of funds if there is no issue about T&C breack.

Asking for proof of funds in this industry is often the "last resort" of sites that don't want to pay, I don't think thats the case here.

Hope he gets what he is owed. Risking so much money and then not getting whats promised is not how its supposed to be.

Usually, the high-rollers don't have problem with withdrawing funds on big casinos, Stake is the first choice came to mind. Just check the Twitch streamers, almost half of slot streamers prefer to play at Stake IMHO.

The point isn't why he started this topic. The point is that he was supposed to receive his bonuses regardless of his intentions especially considering the fact that he wagered millions on Stake.

Majority of the population including me consider every single bit of money as a precious commodity. Money is money at the end of the day.

Also, nobody is accusing Stake of scamming or anything. However, it would be better if op's issue gets resolved asap which is why they need to improve their customer service speed.

Bitcoin is GOD
It's possible that their support team were overloaded with requests due to which they couldn't look into your issue.

But OP is doing the process for 2 months now. Being busy at least should not be the reason.

And if OP will try to keep sending messages to support, the same answer will be given to him, or at worst, maybe they will not entertain every of his ticket if the request is continuous.

But for assurance, Stake is a reputable casino and I do know they will address it soon since OP now brings the ssue here. Following this story.
Taking into account the OP is such a whale and he is not receiving the attention that he deserves I do not know why he does not try another casino, after all the bonus that he is going to receive is not that big anyway.

If I was treated like that I would just move on and take my business to some other platform, after all if they behave like that with a customer that has gambled so much money then what kind of attention are you going to receive if you are a small stakes player?
