Totally does have sense that they would really be having that kind of rule on which they would really be having the upperhand or would be having the advantage on which it would really be just that normal for a

business to do on which they would really be setting out those rules for their benefit. If there are people who do able to withdraw or able to comply with those wagering requirement then it would really be considered as lucky but we know that only a few would be able to get or reach that line and the rest of them is continously really that losing because they do believe that those bonuses are really that
giving some advantage against the house which it is really a very wrong idea to have in mind if you do believe on that way.

They are business and its normal that whenever they do make or give out some offering or promotions then it would really be subject into a term on which it would be common sense that
reaching up that threshold is something not would really be that so easy.

And the idea of reading all the terms behind that promotions and bonuses is always be on the gambler side, if you are lazy not reading the terms then it surely frustrate you when you find out that you are not allow to withdraw your money right away, without completing the requirements your money will be stuck, and eventually out of frustrations you will lose it and will give you a bad impression with the site.

You need to make sure to take time to read and clearly understand what are the rules before you take the offered bonuses.

Well, on this occasion there are few times that I do many times to read the terms and conditions carefully, , what I think is that in each bonus or in each thing, they should say the terms and not be reading in each thing what is done In the terms and conditions with a bonus, I know what it is about because I choose not to take them , and so I don't waste time reading , because I know that in the end I won't take them because it's not convenient for me, I respect people who take them a lot the Bonds Despite the conditions , and that they Achieve the final Objectives , but I do not risk more , I Consider that it is risking More.

This has happened to me once when I was a beginner in gambling. A friend introduced a crypto casino site to me saying it has a good promotions and bonuses from free spins and free play. I was too excited since my friend has been earning a lot daily from it. I thought the same thing would happen to me until they have held my funds when I was about t withdraw my funds.
The support have told me that it is indicated in their terms of services that I should tripple my winnings from free spins before I was able to them which my friend isn't aware of as well.
That's when I realized that reading the Terms of services right from the beginning is too important so we'll never feel disappointed if they will require us a specific wagering percentage.
For the fact that we that gambling sites always work the system to always put the casino at advantage of the players and rapping all that up with the so wagering requirement to fulfil regulatory compliance and all that comes with it,  it is then important for the player to always read the terms and conditions of a casino even before attempting to create an account with them.

But obviously, some players still make the mistake of first depositing and playing before reading the terms and conditions and in most cases, it is when they run into a problem that they will read the terms of service.

It is true that sometimes we join certain promotions and many contests and bonuses, which sound and look so good that we do not bother to read the rules to take them, and that is when we give ourselves the first mental blow, because we can win everything we u want, but when we go to withdraw they will not let us due to the requirements, and yes, 10x for many may be somewhat reasonable, but for me in particular it is not, I think that at most it is 1x, but for the rest I think that more than there is much more, things in casinos can change, and there are people who if they take these challenges, and even win and fulfil everything, but I don't have the patience for it.

Those who get carried away with the quest to claim bonuses often time forget to read and noticed the conditions that accompany such bonuses and in most cases, those bonuses come with a lot of wager requirement that is almost impossible for the gambler to reach and if one wants to be free from being subject to such insane wager demand then we must avoid bonus claims that are too good as far as I know,  any bonus that needs a 5x wager requirement is already a bad option and at most 1 x should be considered ok at most.
It is also important to only claim the bonuses that naturally come to us, as there are some gamblers which on their pursuit to get all the bonuses they can end up using way more money than what they intended, and in that case they are just throwing away their money since they are not really enjoying their gambling time.

However we need to also be realistic on what we are expecting out of those bonuses, as in my experience there are not many bonuses out there which only require you a 1x wager.

        -  I won't deny that there are times when I can't read the terms of condition on their casino platform, to be honest, as long as I feel and see their rules and legal documents, I think it's okay.

But we should really take a look at them so that in the end we won't be embarrassed when we complain because maybe later it will be written in their tos or Toc that it's not allowed, so it will appear in the end that we will be embarrassed.

No doubt and that's a correct! The laziness on not taking time reading the requirements and what are the rules behind the promotions and bonuses are mostly the case where gamblers are crying out after being denied while trying to cash out their money. On that note, it's agreeable that the house is right in doing the decision as they also protecting their money. There's other side for sure, but in terms of clearly being written inside users and agreement, nothing can be argued about it.

That is a clear thing for most seasoned gamblers, they know that any deposit bonus has absolutely some wagering requirements,be them a lot or be them little, most of this type of gamblers they have to go through some wagering requirements while the newbies who get carried away by the amount of bonuses which some well known casinos can have up to 350% which is a huge amount and as such they completely forget to read the terms and conditions of such bonuses.I think it is better for anyone of us to read the terms and conditions of each bonus,as many have unique terms.

Nothing else that needs to understand agreeing upon before taking that bonus, reading is essential as we all know that many of those gamblers who don't read and always argue about why they can't withdraw their money, and sometimes even those experienced gamblers they are also not reading.

It's important not to allure by those types of bonuses. Making sure that you know all the grounds with the required wagering amount will keep you safe from being tricked by the offer rewards.

Are you sure that 5x wagering for bonuses is bad and most bonuses comes with 1x wagering requirement only? Can you give us some examples of bonuses (with deposit) with such low wagering requirement? I want to know which casinos that are so kind enough to give deposit bonus with 1x wagering requirement. It must be a charity instead of casino  Grin However lets back to the main topic, it is not about wagering requirement for bonuses but wagering requirement for deposit only.

I am not going to deny that I am sometimes guilty of this as well, after all sometimes I do not feel like reading five different pages which detail the exact terms of the bonus I am receiving, however when that happens I often take the time to read the terms anyway the very next day.

However there are many gamblers which never read those terms and that is when things can get complicated for them, as even if they made a good amount of money out of their bonus they may have failed to fulfill all the conditions set in place by the casino, and as such they are not eligible for a withdrawal.
It's okay not to read the five different pages on the casino's terms and conditions. But you should at least take the time to read through the wagering requirements rules so you won't run into any trouble. This happens to many gamblers when they want to withdraw their money and it turns out that one or several conditions must be met before they can withdraw their money. But for those who already understand the rules and follow them well, they will have no difficulty withdrawing their money.

I also want to give this advice: check for withdrawal. For example, you have found a new crypto platform for gambling and want to play on it. The first thing I do is make a small deposit there. And after I win a small amount, I immediately withdraw it. This is done by me in order to see if they will let me do it. Because at such moments, the owners may ask for documents, or something like that.
And it's better to make such a withdrawal with a small amount than then withdraw a huge win and see that the owners find thousands of reasons not to let you do it.
This method is also recommended to see how the withdrawal process is at the casino so that if the process is not too long, we can use the casino to play gambling. I guess for a small amount, the casino will not ask us to do verification or KYC. But when we withdraw a large amount of money, the casino may ask us to do KYC. We have to know how long the withdrawal process takes so we can estimate it and also know the transaction fee, whether it's a fixed rate or a change rate.

To clarify things better here is an example : if you were to deposit $1000 and win $200 in your first few games then you wouldnt be able to withdraw your winnings or even your deposits without wagering at least $5000. This means that 80% of the time, you would lose your money before reaching the required amount.
In my opinion this term is unfair.
This is not fair at all. Yes, I have seen casinos require their players to wager 50x or more if they take deposit, welcome, or other kinds of bonuses. That make sense because they won't give you something for free. You have to play there and you have to win. I also saw casinos need a wager requirement for any deposits to prevent money laundering. But, it was no more than 1x. Having five times wagering requirements on each deposit is not fair at all.

You should avoid that kind of casino at any cost. Of course, you have to read their ToS before you sign up and make a deposit. Because they may already mention this term on their ToS page. If you can make your first withdrawal from their platform, run away with your money and never look back. Those casinos are designed to steal money from users.
It's not fair, but that's how it's always been. Some gamblers manage to win some money but have to pass the wagering requirements before withdrawing the money, especially when they follow a promo given by the casino. If the wagering requirement is under 10x, it will be fine as it is not too demanding. But usually, casinos enforce high wagering requirements, so only a few gamblers manage to pass those requirements and withdraw their money. Before joining any promo, we must make sure we know the requirements so that we are not disappointed and only take part in promotions that we can afford so that we don't use a lot of money to participate.

To be frank, I dont read the whole terms and conditions page of any platform that I want to join.
What I used to do is to find the most important things one (based on my own preferences) since some users may have different important things to know.
I used to use CTRL+F and search the keyword of the thing that I think I need to know, i.e restricted countries, KYC, Min depo/withdraw, etc.
I wont deny that it will be wasting time to read wall of text in the terms and conditions page, that's why I use simple way like that.
Very good advice but I think this is for users who use PC but for users who use mobile it seems to have to manually read what we need to know in the terms.
I think this is the cause of gamblers who are lazy to read casino rules because now there are many gamblers who access gambling using mobile phones so there is no simple way to find the rules we need to read and choose to ignore the rules.

On that note, it's agreeable that the house is right in doing the decision as they also protecting their money. There's other side for sure, but in terms of clearly being written inside users and agreement, nothing can be argued about it.

TrustDice Official Rep

Hi GxSTxV and everyone else,

TrustDice official rep here again!

We’d love to bring it to your attention that we have recently amended the related terms. The 5x wagering requirement currently only applies to the first deposit made by a new player. For all the other deposits, there is literally no wager requirement at all.

To put this in context, let's say I'm a new player at TrustDice and I made a 400 USDT 1st deposit, which I soon lost to the house. I then made a second deposit of 1000 USDT, wagered it 1.6 times, and hit some winnings. At this point, say there is 2000 USDT in the balance. Now I made the decision to withdraw these 1400 USDT.

This withdrawal will be approved, unless of course, other red flags or other violations appear - but in that case it will have nothing to do the wager requirement clause.

Thank you,
TrustDice Team
