The market looks like alts season has come, alts have increased with Btc price the past 24hrs chart. From here moving forward, we can say alts season came at last although it took time but it finally came.
Well, if every people knew about this, they would just dump their coins and then go buy bitcoins instead. Why would they waste their time waiting for the "altcoin" season while they can make some easy profit with bitcoin?
Because they are expecting bigger profit investing in altcoins compared to BTC, and the history proven that investing alts is more profitable than BTC. I'm talking about the 2017 bull market here.
BTC in 2017, from 900 to 20,000, that's 2,222% increased within a year.

XRP has increase 36,018%, XPR was the top earner in 2017 and I know a lot of people have made a fortune with that.
I am not sure about the altcoin season, some traders hold altcoin and hope that the dominance of bitcoin ends soon.

I agree that we should not expect that the altseason will occur in the near future. With the dominance of bitcoin still strong, maybe an altseason will occur but only on some altcoins, not all altcoins. Holding altcoin for the long term might be a good option but we must choose altcoin which is in the top 30 or top 50
Altcoins, of course, will inevitably grow in value and this will happen repeatedly. For now, we need patience.

I think that you should pay attention to coins that have low capitalization. I am buying coins with a capitalization of up to 60 million dollars.In the past, if I see a coin with at least 500 million usd marketcap, I also consider it a good coin as long as it has a good liquidity as well, but due to the bear market, most of them dropped significantly, so they are only holding now at 50 million usd and below.
They will take this opportunity to buy because as the shit coins are going down or dead already, the strong altcoins will remain in the market to compete and because they survive that means they have a chance to pump in the future, provided the altcoin season will again come.
When we say of future, there is no specific time on that, it could be 5 or 10 years, that's long but we have to deal with it.
Now, it's up to us if we are willing to wait for that long but since we have our own prediction, we should stick to what we believe but at least we should be ready if our prediction will not take place.
