Unless there is a big event that impacted the interest of investors, most alts will be left behind, I guess! Bitcoin dominance seems to continue and it would be better to focus on bitcoin for future investment tool while waiting for the good news for alts.

That event may not come for a very long time. Its two years already and nothing happens to most of the altcoins at all. Come 2020 it will discourage most of the bounty hunters and will soon find new jobs instead Grin

This is why I'm working full time to my day job and will only come in the forum when I got home. This prolonged bear market is sort of a punishment for the people who had not dumped.

Trust me it might take time but anytime you wait you realize it worth. That short term rise many people are expecting won't work so its better to tune your mind for long term.

Yep, still waiting for the elusive alt-season. Most crypto influencers have been predicting it for the past 3 or 4 months, but we are still at the point zero. If this continues till the next year, BTC dominance will be in high 80% and alt holders will be scared shitless.

Cryptocurrency itself is unpredictable and unstable. One can never know the time bull run might come that's why you must always be on guard. A lot of predictions were made about the bull run some years ago but didn't happen. Its a matter of time.

New projects who now release new altcoins are on the increase, but little percentage of the are making progress, despite the current market condition. Therefore, if the bull rub is not yet set to come up, you can still get as much as x3, x5 increase when a coin is good and if it lunches on a good exchange.

It's great to see the major cryptocurrency exchanges launching high level projects on their IEO launchpad. These are the little things that can trigger positive patterns in the market.
Most altcoins are fundamentally just new businesses who haven't practiced anything yet and as financial specialists, you should be quiet until they hit certain pieces of their guide.

You can never be certain of when the next bull market or altcoins season would be. In 2018 a lot of analyst predicted it would happen late in the year but it didn't, so it is never certain whether it would come quicker or not.
I think the main determinant would be how quick the crypto market is able to attain mass adoption, because that's the only thing that can drive the market forward.

I don't think we'll see the big alt season this year. Bitcoin itself is struggling to stay above 10k to not to fall again in the bearish movement. However, even if it goes up, the altcoin won't follow as it should be. I think the coming year is our most awaited time for the alt season. As the Bitcoin halving will be closer, the price will rise insanely, and then... yes the alt season again!
