Regarding the ridiculous drop in BFX shorts - is there some sort of half year US tax rule for corporates / individuals to realise losses?
Many corporations fiscal year ends June 30. Also, people are encouraged to pay estimated taxes quarterly, I believe.

Fucking 7 day Twitter timeout for calling some talentless blue-checkmark whore a “talentless whore”. Nice to see $10,000 again. When $20,000 ? Guess I’ll hang out here for a bit. Have been having a blast on Twitter trolling the ever loving crap out of BCH and BSV supporters.

#hodl

Yeah  BCH and BSV are not for me.

I keep mining away.  Doing okay.

Coins are dirt cheap for me now about 4000 in power for a coin.

I don’t need charts for my price predictions.

These numbers are entirely possible, but so are other numbers as well.
The path is not very predictable with a trend upwards, of course.

Cause I've got friends in low places
Where the whiskey drowns
And the beer chases my blues away
And I'll be okay
I'm not big on social graces
Think I'll slip on down to the oasis
Oh, I've got friends in low places

Fucking Stolfi, what an asshat, Professor of fucking bull shit.

Considering how dead and gone some of those posters are and how high their numbers are it goes to show how psychotic they were.

Speaking of which, I'm sure Loyce's scripts are smart enough to weed out quotes when counting keywords?
I could, but I didn't. If it's quoted, I assumed it's still relevant so it counts.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
Small question can someone say the exact price it was at 00.00 CET, cause I think it was a close one....

$11,342

Edit:  Woops... Im recalibrating.. wrong chart...  I had my stupid-ass binance chart next to my bitstamp chart... fuck.

$11,265

Edit 2:

I think:
$11,262 is the most accurate.  The price bounced a little during that minute, but it entered the minute candle at about $11,262 and exited at about the same price.

Edit 3:

I just looked at the CET time and I thought that it is only 23:20.. so don't we have 40 minutes to go before 0:00 CET?    I was looking one hour in advance, no?

Edit 4:

I believe that the weekly candle closes at 0:00 GMT/UT   - which means that the weekly candle is closing in 1 hour 35 minutes... because it is only 22: 25 there, as I type.

They're on CEST right now and it's 27 minutes after the witching hour.

Edit: I see you already know

Hahahahahaha..   thanks for clarifying, because I was a bit confused, but I am pretty sure that the weekly candles are closing in 1 hour 30 minutes, so it will be interesting to see if there is any BIG price movement that happens before or after the closing of the GMT -based candles.

THX so 11,262 it is

Yep... If you were using the official time to close was 27 minutes ago... sounds good.

Here's Stolfi's post from today.  He sorta gets things right but sorta wrong (along with the replier).  In reality, in a "mature" Bitcoin market, people would use such a system and it would not require trial and error, HOWEVER, it would take the shape of people literally subscribing to a centralized mining pool monopoly where they would get a guaranteed routing of all their transactions for a fixed rate...just like 'subscribing' to a Bank of America bank account who approves and denies your transactions. Reason number five billion Bitcoin is pointless and has no reason to exist compared to physical metals.
