This is not true. In my country, many people want socialism, especially those who lived with it. Although in the days of socialism in the 30s, many was killed and many was imprisoned. The younger generation does not want socialism in my country. But in some neighboring countries they want to

If people are moving to SF to use the public toilets, there are probably bigger problems.
How many times does the tragedy of the commons need to be demonstrated?

Fucking Amazing Sleuthing guys. I am really impressed. Never expected anyone to get the exact location of the newspaper stand where the shot was taken. And when I posted the very first picture and people were saying New York, I was baffled as to how you could possibly figure that out from the photo.
There is actually a sign saying West 47th Street in the background between the red and blue shirted men but I think too blurry to read with the image compression.

As a leftie I would suggest maybe you need more public toilets in SF. I take it addressing the symptoms rather than the cause is the conservative approach.

Yeah I dunno mic. It seems like a remake of Die Hard? Most recent movie I saw was Den of Thieves which I enjoyed but they tried to turn it into the Usual Suspects and didn’t quite pull it off.
yeah it was enjoyable but thats all ,also low acting, little bit too far fetched of a heist nothing made really sense
when the movie is intended to not be to serious like fast and furious or so then i do not mind the crazy things and all and watch it in another mood, but with a serious bank or ....robbery then it has to make a little sense ...

Don't pretend like we are dealing with a binary here. No single rain drop is responsible for the flood. We both know you are too smart to subscribe to black and white thinking like that and you and I both know that there are plenty of toilets that these people could have used, or even a bush or a tree somewhere instead of right on the sidewalk.
The only reason people would act with that level of unaccountability is from a lifetime of conditioning of being insulated from the consequences of their actions. The more you insulate them from accountability the more unaccountable they will become. Every action of protecting them from the consequences of their decisions is another raindrop in that flood. Any kind of "free shit" falls into that category. Though I must admit free toilets is probably the most benign example I could come up with if I had to

I don’t know much about public housing. Public toilets are cheap and quick to build to address what seems to be an important public health issue.
Or maybe it's handouts to these dregs that are drawing them in. Your appraisal is tantamount to suggesting the leaving more cheese on the floor will help with a rat problem.

Poop on the public streets is a symptom of public streets.
Privatize it all and you won't have people pooping on other peoples' private property. And if they do, the owner cleans it up. If the owner has to clean up enough poop...they eventually realize that having a toilet is easier.
In Germany they usually charge about 1 euro to use the toilet. They are very clean and well maintained.
Everyone in Germany knows to keep a few euros on hand in case you need to use a toilet.
I thought Starbuck's new policy of inclusion would have resolved the poop dilemma?
