Could just be a bunch of blocks found in quick succession, see if it holds. Unless someone built a lot of very fast chips it wouldn't make much sense to build a block of miners like that.
143 blocks in the last 1162 minutes averaging 8 minutes 8 seconds per block
That would be some pretty good luck.
edit: I went back a little further
351 blocks in the last 2753 minutes averaging 7 minutes 50.6 seconds per block
edit2: I took the last 10 blocks
99 minutes 17 seconds - 595.7 seconds per block... pretty much bang on!

7500 to 8000$ is my take by August 31st, we have seen the market cap gradually ease up the resistance and bitcoin has shown enough support above 6700$,people will FOMO if it hits 7000$,which I don't think will be difficult Also, we just had some tether sent to bitfinex, 50m$,that could be a catalyst too

Btrash hashrate is too small to cause that increase. They have less then 4EH on average.
Plus Btrash's hashrate hasn't decreased at all; it's clearly not the Btrash's miners who're coming back to momma. Something else's happening.

I'm not an expert on the way institutional fuckery happens I have just been seeing this coming for a long time and they keep paving the way.
You still seem to be implying a theory that if more tools are made available for downside manipulation then those "more tools" are going to be attempted to be used by the manipulators to push BTC prices downward. The question becomes whether those kinds of tools would be sufficiently and incrementally more powerful than other dynamics creating upwards BTC price pressures. Sure in times like these people (even relatively stronger HODLers) begin to feel 50/50 -ish, and additional actual downwards price movement could cause them to be shook from additional coins.
