Clueless!
Almost every week an account being hacked.

Back to the game, still on $4300 and no ATH.

I still can't fathom how they did it. I only signed in from one device. The password was stored in Chrome's manager and on my desktop, and that's it. I had a Chrome extension that wasn't properly vetted, but then I'd have thought they'd try and access my trade accounts, but nope, just Bitcointalk. It does makes me wonder if this site is compromised.

Anyway, back to up, up, up. Congrats to all hodlers. Cool

It's the site (or so it was in the past...2014 I think it was a big hack....you still see accounts being sold from that)

Price ticker pics.

This one is made to hang on the wall but I wanted it next to the TV and I'm not going to put a hole in the wall in this apartment.

So much logical fallacy in that retarded and ill researched article, I don't know where to begin. And smells like another hit piece against Blockstream.

Oh falkvinge, you should be ashamed of such rubbish.

Just install a Bitcoin widget on you phone, and point it to your favourite exchange. That's what I've done.

I have a dedicate screen for that.

Bitfury mines a block over 1MB
https://blockchain.info/block-height/481947

Can anybody explain why this is possible and valid? Segwit should only make room for more Transactions, but doesn't change the Blocksize cap?

Only Segwit2x would allow bigger blocks?

Another reason nobody should support cryptocurrency over silver or gold:

http://patents.google.com/patent/US20160330034A1/en?assignee=blockstream

https://falkvinge.net/2017/05/01/blockstream-patents-segwit-makes-pieces-fall-place/

These cryptocurrency corporations tried to float the idea a while back that they were all going to launch a barrage of "defensive" patents, but you're just taking their word for it and they can be used offensively at any time to gouge people with usury fees.  The entire goal of a corporation is to maximize profits in the first place, so on a long enough timeline, it's inevitable that's what they will do.  Craptocoins are now the equivalent of proprietary Microsoft office software.  You can't "patent" the existence of silver to take it over.

Did the jewish untermensch hack your account roach? Sad!

When my account was hacked about a year ago, the hacker immediately went to attempting to make several deals.

Cyprus locked my account within about 12 hours, but the hacker had nearly finalized a few deals (through my account and through my credibility - but was not able to pull it off, because of Cyprus's quick action to lock my account due to "suspicious activities" after the hack.  I saw a few messages in my PMs.

Just as a pre-emptive defense of my account being hacked.

I do not know any royalty in Africa that need their money transferred out of the country in exchange for your bitcoins.

Yup, maybe the password file was accessed somehow. A password of ONLY DIGITS (even if 9) can be quickly cracked.... or you got phished/XSS'd.

SMF, and this forum in particular, is not the summun of security anyways.

Congrats to you too! Smiley

well sure, but... WHY? i mean, how the heck are they expecting to profit?

It seems Legendary accounts are worth to them to join signature campaigns, airdrops, bounties and all that shit. Not that they are gonna profit insanely though. Or none at all.
