Bitcoin is soooo cooool!

Overseas company wanted payment for goods and accepted bitcoin

Reduced fees by not using my credit card

used a bitcoin i bought for $100 to purchase a $210.00 product

win win win

luvin that wall, go BTC

We know that BTC might be cheaper because of no credit card fee and less fraud, but 53% discount?

It is too much to be only because of BTC being payment, for sure

bought the bitcoin in march 2013 for $100 thats what i meant, using that 1 btc i bought a $210 product left me with approximate 0.09btc

Well, OBVIOUSLY, if bitcoins are below their all time high price... it is a complete and utter failure. Roll Eyes

LambChop has warned me numerous times that Bitcoin is going to $0.00, He is a professional so don't argue with him. LambChop is here to help us and show us the errs of our ways.

Who is LambChop?
Never heard of it/what/them/they. Do they speak English and have moving parts? Does he/they/it like Bitcoin or have a decent perspective of it? Many hats and thoughts don't think so, imo.

Only zero is death and anything more than that eventually means moon and beyond. Critical mass right before widespread mainstreaming is almost always a volatile and uncertain time in network adoption. We're there now and the past year has been great for bitcoin. One thing for sure, 2015 is going to be an interesting year for bitcoin watchers.

This failure thinks he´s on a team building camp and not on a thread where we are talking about the newest technology that takes your money in 10 minutes and then gives them back to you at a 80% loss after one year.

Don't try to sugarcoat things here, you can take an 80% loss in days to weeks.

Unlike other commodities like oil?..oops. Or maybe stocks? ...oops.  How about fiat oops Wiemar, oops Zimbabwe Cheesy

The nice thing about bitcoin is it's slow steady growth with it's violent upswings and resultant bear slides whenever the market gets a little cray cray. This provides opportunities abound for anyone with the vision to see and a stomach for risk. The next wildly kooky market action is coming, but probably not soon. Patience is a virtue.

I don't understand, LampChop told me a year ago that in 1 year bitcoin would be worthless. I'm so confused!

he will post a graph with 80% fall and with the tulip bubble and will say he is right and we are going nowhere but down.

If you are lucky he will post a pony too

Is someone talking?

If an ignored troll opens his word-hole on the forum, does he make a sound??

I had a super day today and got some awesome news as far as career advancement goes and met some important local contacts through my network. Went on a nice nature hike in the sunshine... it felt great to be alive, one of those peak moments.

No one talking about BTC421 market buy on finex closely followed by a BTC438 market sell? Is someone just generating income for finex?

Traders only care about the value going up or down, why would they comment on flat prices? It just doesn't give them the adrenaline pump that they crave.

Sometimes pure gingivitis leak out of the cracks, through the quote function and stink up the room from time to time. I apologize for any recent leaks I may have caused.

The price, she's going steady and boring. I like it.

Legendary trader
I feel a little bearish actually. Care to elaborate on why you went long at this time? I'm genuinely interested in your take on the market.

I already hold BTC, USD lending rates are slightly under 10% a year

I don't plan on selling (or spending a significant amount of) the BTC at these prices or any price lower than it is

I have enough backing/collateral to prevent a margin call

so why not use some leverage  Huh and try to play the swings in the process

Jameson involved again?

negative. though I should try that again.. it was an easy ~2 BTC profit in and out trade

just reentering the trade at a base price ~$5 lower
Ah ok I see makes sense then. You are not in it for the day trading. Cool. Smiley
Not a bad buy at all since BTC prices are this low.
