Effective immediately, CAVIRTEX intends to cease carrying on an active Bitcoin business and will be winding down its operations in an orderly manner. As a result, effective immediately, no new deposits will be accepted by CAVIRTEX. Trading on CAVIRTEX will be halted effective March 20, 2015. Because security and the safety of customer funds are paramount to our mission and the success of Bitcoin in general, CAVIRTEX has determined to cease active operations in the Bitcoin business and to return all customer funds. We believe that the damage to the company's reputation caused by the potential compromise will significantly harm our ability to continue to operate successfully.

my reading of TA is showing me a bear flag to a max of 265... positioning accordingly

It's gone up at least 10× every year so far. Don't see any reason why 2014 will be slower. Based on the adoption curve and where we are on it, it should be FASTER.

Yes, last year they were closed for 7 days. This year they are said to close from 2015-02-18 to 2015-02-24 inclusive,

tl;dr the author might have bought some coin at what he hopes is the bottom, and so tries to tell us that stability is coming.
Assuming bitcoin survives (I think so), volatility will surely decrease as liquidity increases, but I reckon the kind of stability needed for big business to hold bitcoin is not yet on the horizon.
Yes, for sure. What he is saying though is that he sees evidence that traders and speculators are increasingly getting us to that point.

We're up 14% over the last 30 days and 8% for the week.

i agree usd 100 plus a bit is my target as well

Who knows if a bull run kicks in, I think BTC is pretty beat up right now, and I can see it really picking up from these levels sharpish....

Looks like the gentlemans who sold @230,240 and 250 buy back because they were not able to crash the price back down to 210.
