The support line from december 2013 has now been broken on all exchanges - it has already confirmed itself as a point of resistance.

Hilarious how people are putting up walls the push the price down even lower. Because it isn't bad enough yet. The best tech invention in ages completely destroyed by a bunch of traders.

you are aware of that traders dont pull bitcoins out of their ass? every coin they sell had to be bought before, so that leaves you in the end in +/- 0 situation were traders dont influence the longterm price of bitcoin at all.

Apparently Bitstamp have "temporarily halted" withdrawals.

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2sa068/bitstamp_btc_withdrawals_seem_to_have_stopped/

This is serious now.

Can't read it without remembering Gox.

And I made some transactions without fee(mostly by my own mistake) and they didn't took much longer than fee transactions to be confirmed.

Funny that exactly when it is important some transactions without fee gets confirmed it gets stuck in the limbo for hours/days

Still, there might be some panic left.
Support is lacking.
I foresee a possibility towards 160.
I won't trade on it though. I'm already all in Grin

I agree. I would say support is completely lacking.

If there was support, you'd see volume in the rebounds. There is none.

Give it a few days , buyers are careful, waiting for consolidation before jumping back.
Stop scammin bro, you told noobs to buy since $100 higer or something.

Yeah, it's done. Sub 200 means for me:
- Exiting all BTC related projects
- Shut down my full nodes
- Get a boring 9to5 job again Sad

Me also - Anyone looking for a Unix Admin / Engineer contractor in the UK? 40 years experience. Work for paycoin....

I explained bitcoin to so many people when its price was around $600-$800. I'm just praying that they won't call back to laugh their asses off at me.

If the stock markets were unregulated like this, it would destroy our civilization.

Good stocks pay dividends and have backing assets, which define their base price as long-term investments; so they leave relatively little room for speculation.  On the other hand, gold, silver, and bitcoin are purely speculative.  Their prices depend only on people's guesses about their future prices, so they are inherently volatile.

this is gentlemen. back to your day jobs now! Kiss

The Californian yuppies (who buy their morning coffees with BTC) are in for a surprise this morning!

Buying coffee with BTC is a bit like buying a loaf of bread with roubles during the fall of communism.

06:30 in California now...
