If %70 of the posts where pics of bulges and gifs of flapping penises I know I would feel quite left out.

I get the feeling the same people would be complaining about that too. Though to be honest, I could do without either.

Great to see the thread default attitude towards women remains the same*

*let's not have another debate about whether women exist on the internet, we're here...deal with it.

Please explain how it's sexist.  Because after growing up with a feminist mother and sister, I still don't get it.  It may be in questionable taste to some people, but really is it sexist.  Is it really true, that by posting the photo, and making a comment about her body really sexist?  Does it show a disrespect towards women...?   Personally I don't think it does.

Would it be homophobic, to post a photo of an attractive gay guy?

Wether it fits your idea of sexist is almost beside the point. It creates an atmosphere that is less than inviting to women and where they feel  left out. If %70 of the posts where pics of bulges and gifs of flapping penises I know I would feel quite left out.

PS. This is my opinion on the matter. Howeve, I´m not very good at being a feminist so you might catch me saying something stupid in other posts.

crazy to repatriate gold? lmao lampchop i know you are a troll but you cant possibly question what would be the common sens in such financially troubled times... especially when the rest of the world is doing so. US first. Roll Eyes

I don't question the sanity of the Le Pen clan, I'm straight-up telling you they're sick fucks.  The father, the daughter, and the National Front.  Unholy frickin' trinity.

Careful Lambchops, you are starting to make some sense. We don´t know how to treat you now.

2014 sucked. But bitcoin survived. To survive is to thrive.

The year started at $731.35, and is down about 50%. So 2014 is probably the first whole calendar year of downward value, but it has to happen sometime. Still 1 month left for a last-gasp spike into the new year :-)

Bitcoin has posted a record annual gain, measured in USD.

At the start of Jan 1st, 2013, Mt Gox had a bid/ask of 13.45-55, or mid-price of $13.50
At the close of Dec 31st Bitstamp and BTC-E have 730.4-732 & 730-733, or mid-price of $731.35
(Mt Gox is not comparable because its US$ withdrawals do not take < 1 week, hence its bitcoin price is biased upwards).

Trace Mayer's statistics for previous years, now with 2013 completed:

2009  4,867% (uncertain price discovery period)
2010     387%
2011  1,320%
2012     170%
2013  5,317%

One observation is that, so far, odd-numbered years exhibit high-growth, while even-numbered years are consolidation/growth periods.

Even 170% gains in 2014 will be stellar. Happy New Year to all Bitcoin holders!

I understand you are bitter...

Nothing to be bitter about.  I was a bit concerned with you crazy kids trying to pump, but you've heeded my warning, so we're cool.

Price over 380 again?  That's wrong in so many ways...

*Return below 380 immediately before you go blind, sodomites!

Would be a very clever decision. Trade will flow to the spot that has the least barriers.

Can we please rename this sub in NotLambchop Observer?

+1.
If you investment enthusiasts left the thinking to me, you wouldn't be in this mess.
But you just had to run and play.  "I can think for myself," you said.  "I'm a good trader," you said.

Well...  Here we are Sad
