You are smart to mix water with oldschool listerine .

I bet you do not stuff the turkey and cook the stuffing on the side Grin

I stuff it halfway through cooking. Grin Crunchier and oilier breading and the turkey does not dry out or lose out on developing an amazing fragrance and taste. Also more hygienic. I can't believe thermodynamically-challenged people stuff the turkey straight before cooking and think that low core temp will somehow deal with the gross raw meat bacteria.

Yeah I found out about the diabetes and make an entirely different stuffing use nuts, a special broccoli based chopped up soft taco. I cook turkey upside down breast on pan bottom.

Use a pint of beer in the pan. a ton of rosemary cover in tinfoil. cook at 235f for 12 hours.

turkey falls off the bone. Skin is soft strip all the skin. place it on the stuff and bake till crisp.

so basically all the turkey meat is kind of like pulled pork.

but both the white and dark is moist.

take all the bones boil them with a few quarts of chicken broth. strain and really good bone free broth.

so we eat a ton of turkey. toss rest in the broth and soup for a week.

lots of veg. all kinds.

but sauces are cream butter based not much sweet stuff.

That sounds amazing. Now I have to cook another bird with your recipe for Christmas. Putting that in my to-do list. Right now is a good time to mention I wish there was a favorites function for Bitcointalk posts.
