I do find it really, really weird how this forum seems to go quiet when it should be still popping and banging when the night is still young in North America. Maybe they all go to bed earlier over there.
It is a holiday. People are with families or out having fun. I am taking a break from the hockey game on TV right now to post online, but most people are just taking the day off today.
True indeed. But it also seems to happen on conventional days as well. Perhaps nightowldom is less of a tradition.

Look at the 1-day RSI chart. The pattern is repeating. If that's true, we should keep raising to 700-ish, stabilize at 600-ish for a month, and the real bubble begins at July.

But i agree this biatch certainly is doing a very good impression of the same thing ...
Maybe we should say humans repeating their same mistakes or humans not changing their behaviour in the context of (GREED/FEAR)
Further zooming out you will see this pattern has happened 3 times in a row

* There was another exchange that closed ("called Bitcoin Exchange"?), besides FXBTC.
* Some exchanges have enough venture capital to survive for a couple of years.
* In a Financial Stability Report dated Apr/29, the PBoC expressed concern about "price manipulation and false trading and other acts" at the exchanges.
There may be other relevant hints that Google couldn't meaningfully translate.

Then we'll have a healthy correction down to $550 or so and take a little breather before continuing a more steady and reasonable pace.
In the past, bitcoin has never broken from a down trend and immediately gone straight into mega- rally mode. There is still too much uncertainty. Just be patient. We're still going up, but it's actually good for us to slow down a bit for the moment.

I really want to see $600, but will be more than satisfied if we can reach and stay above $590 today.
