That document is FUD, guaranteed. I believe Mt.Gox are not solvent and will not survive on their own but that 744k BTC theft smells like BS like a lot of other stuff that doesn't make sense in that "leak".

I guess you tend towards the lower end. Or perhaps he meant to say 5 to 10 weeks.
Also notice the phrase "this could be the end of Bitcoin". Sound familiar?
It looks more than anything like the wording was chosen specifically to create a panic.

I usually don't wish anything bad for any human being but this time I really hope that Mark owes some money or btc to Yakuza or some criminal syndicate and they are going after him to show a bit of that ball pointed hammer to his knuckles so he never codes anything again... I have never done any business with Gox myself but the thing he is doing is just plain wrong and you deserve a punishment when you do something like this.
