There are still open questions, true, but the basic results are almost universally accepted by the scientists inside the field, and fields close to it: (1) global warming is taking place, (2) a significant cause for (1) is man made. Like I said, details are open for debate and not agreed upon in the field, and most importantly, it is not clear what are the *consequences* to be drawn from the findings, but the whole "global warming is a scam" idea is deeply offending to anyone who ever set a foot into a university and/or worked in research himself
