According to i286 ticker, ask sum is approaching 60k coins. Is that accurate or is the API screwed up again?
33 679 BTC on mtgox.
Where are you getting that number and why does i286 report otherwise?
I get that number from goxtool.

Does that page add up asks on multiple exchanges? I just did it manually with MtGox, Bitstamp and BTC-E and got at least 69k. On MtGox, it's 33k right now. December 22, 2013, 07:21:58 PM

I can't read anything "between the lines" either. This letter to me does not seem to provide any new information. Basically it just re-says what I think the market is already thinking: the bitcoin/yuan market in China is severely limited (at least) in the short term due to these funding problems, but bitcoin is not illegal.
