Also, why would Rpietila put extra selling pressure on Gox, while waiting for his BTC to be confirmed?

I was this in mind when I was asking my question, I just don't understand why Loaded would inform others that he is going to large buy for his client, in order to make price even higher before he will buy? I don't get it Smiley

I would argue that it is good analysis. As the buys and bullishness was fading off... didn't understand last part you said

I'm just saying that if playing and winning the Bitcoin day trade game was as easy as following the herd blindly, we would all be filthy rich.

WTF another Block and my transaction still not included !!!!! I didn't pay any fee thought....I missed 610 and 600 and now it is 592.... F#$% the free transaction  Angry

So you saved $0.06 and lost hundreds or thousands?  Roll Eyes

software didnt offer the option to pay fee, he said

I wasnt trying to be cheap the client didnt ask me for paying a fee because I met the conditions of free transaction, but it seems that there were other transactions with more priority

 Technical info

Transaction priority is calculated as a value-weighted sum of input age, divided by transaction size in bytes:

priority = sum(input_value_in_base_units * input_age)/size_in_bytes

Transactions need to have a priority above 57,600,000 to avoid the enforced limit (as of client version 0.3.21). This threshold is written in the code as COIN * 144 / 250, suggesting that the threshold represents a one day old, 1 btc coin (144 is the expected number of blocks per day) and a transaction size of 250 bytes.

So, for example, a transaction that has 2 inputs, one of 5 btc with 10 confirmations, and one of 2 btc with 3 confirmations, and has a size of 500bytes, will have a priority of

(500000000 * 10 + 200000000 * 3) / 500 = 11,200,000

Is there an argument for not selling at the moment?

I try to make one:

- It is possible to construct the Elliot waves such that the 3-wave contrarian move UP has not consummated yet, rather this is its second leg down, which will be followed by yet another one up (to about $750-$780). It will go so high because many expect that the correction is then over and panic buy is the norm of the day. But then the 5-wave down will commence... Shocked  Grin

is this analysis based on stamp or gox?

Does not really matter, since this was a tongue-in-the-cheek reply to magicmexican whether there is anything that supports not selling.

I usually use stamp for analysis, because it is bigger, and possible to withdraw.

ok my transaction finally got included, were you having the same problem ?

No, but mine was large + I paid a fee.

Both QT and Armory do. Not sure about others but it probably just wasn't necessary according to the rules. It's always possible to manually set a fee in the settings.

I feel bad that there is so much juicy fiat in Mt.Gox at good terms (640), but it takes 1 hour to get the coins there and it sure is gone before that clears Sad

are you actually trying to buy coins at these prices? Because it sounds weird to me that you would publicly post your strategy. I would expect that whales do the opposite to what they say.

No, sell, of course. There is not even volume enough for buying. But I sent the coins anyway, just in case it's still there when they arrive (4 conf now).

Why will it take hours?  Plus it might not even go down that much or that fast. Might just settle around 550-575 until tomorrow.
