Does anyone here worry about the concentration of hash power? 6 of the last 7 blocks have been found by BTC Guild. This is beginning to worry me.
No. They were found by miners of that pool, not the pool itself. If the pool misbehaves (the blocks contain only transactions with high fees or the blocks contain no transactions at all etc.) these miners will switch within hours.I wonder though why the first ASIC miners are not solo mining. Damn you can afford to do it with a block found on average within hours.

I figured a triangle was forming and it is getting clearer now. I'd imagine we'll drop down to 115ish next, do the zigzag for a number of hours.

Bitcoin adoption is often compared to the internet. But imagine if the internet arrive and everyone already had quad core computers and fiber to the home. That's more what it's like.

I don't know whether to be happy about this rise. It is beginning to feel like early April, and we all know how that ended! (assuming that it has really ended, lol).
While it will be a little while before we know exactly how it ended, we are beginning to see hints at least. There was a media storm that increased exposure to unfathomable levels. The bids are way above what they were before the "crash". I've never seen so many people on twitter asking about bitcoin. Google searches are sky high. Bottom line is it will "bubble" again, but people should be a little more experienced and won't be as quick to panic. Each "bubble" will land a little softer, and eventually, we should see some of the volatility diminish. Probably years from now . . .

So it will go up to $500 and crash to $100?

I am pretty sure the "bubble" of the last week just popped . . .
Was that an inverted price correction bubble that pops and causes the price to rise?
