To be precise, it is not up to her, if it is "worth" something or not, not BTC , nor any other cryptocurrency (or ANY asset for that matter)
We have this mechanism for that, its called a market, the market tells us the "price" of any given asset at any given time, people may not agree, but it is the best mechanism we have come up with, and it works much better than any one random person deciding that they know the of "price" of something... its why we bother having "markets" in the first place..... otherwise it would just be silly AF.
People can test this theory, by, swapping one asset with a price, for another.

An audience member said something about losing 7k on Cardano. She said "that hurts".
I lost more than that because of inflation of currencies based on NOTHING printed by central banks over the recent past. My "cost of living" raise was 3% while the real inflation numbers are more like 7-20%. I had no choice. My realized loss is more than 7k. The idiot who "invested" in Cardano had a choice at least.

Yeah propaganda works like that unfortunately. I remember I was following the revolution/conflict closely back in in 2014 and 70-80% of information coming from BOTH sides were total lies. Unofficial reports (read Russia-backed) claim there are some 50000-80000 casualties in the Ukrainian army. They are starting to send under-trained and under-prepared troops to the front line. Mariupol drama and defenders surrendering was a huge blow to their morale.
