I can't find bitcoin core 0.22.0 anywhere. 0.21.1 is the latest version?

Dude - https://bitcoincore.org/en/2021/09/13/release-22.0/
Verify the download before you open it.

Thanks LFC_Bitcoin! I did not know bitcoincore.org. I was looking at bitcoin.org: https://bitcoin.org/en/download

Is not bitcoin.org the official site?

Nope.

I used to think so, you can’t do it from there in the UK any more any way due to CW & Ayre taking Cobra to court.
I always downloaded from bitcoin.org previously but no, it’s bitcoincore.org

See proof here (to do it from bitcoincore.org)

vroom, i had the same problem.

Found out bitcoin.org is more of an information site now, while bitcoincore.org is where the main branch of development is taking place.

Read somewhere bitcoin.org doesn't want to look bias to any single wallet/application.

Also remember to confirm SHA signatures if you are unsure!

Um .....the correct link is always at the top of this page is it not?

ok, now I feel even more stupid. thanks  Grin

Cлaвa Укpaїнi!

I don't get this comma thing. In Sweden we don't use commas at all, we just write 4, 40, 400, 4000, 40000, 400000, 4000000, and so on, sometimes we leave a space to make it easier to read. If there is a comma on a price tag for example it marks the difference between kronor and ören like 23,99 Kr.
The whole "tres commas" thing for example makes no sense in Sweden.

Yeah, but you guys use the comma as a decimal marker so it's completely different in that respect. Having a thousands marker just makes it easier for aligning large numbers, particularly when they were handwritten, and for making software developers sad.

I didn't know it made software developers sad, I guess it's alright then.

The GFCIs would protect anyone dumb enough to stand there and try to charge. That said, the Magnecharger was a *far* better solution. 25kw, and you could happily suck on the paddle while stark naked in a salt rainstorm with no risk of injury. Even if a bolt of lightning fused the GFCI trip device. :-)

Wireless charging has too much power loss. I believe modern chargers like these also negotiate before sending and power down the wires so they're pretty safe there. Of course, there's always the power going *to* the chargers but that would apply just as much for the paddle chargers.

It is, but i learnt long ago not to click on links. I'm probably the only one, but I manually type the websites in the address bar... hence, "bitcoin.org" and notices the 0.21 release was still there.

it still amazes me how many people would google the site and click on the link, even though they know what the url is.

I have clients who would type the name of their bank in google and click on the first link, not even pausing for a sec to check if it is the correct link, and some wonder how they have have a fake antivirus on their systems!

'The right to privacy matters'
OT:

The beauty of mining is I modded my garage and it has a 50 amp 240 volt sub-panel along with a 30 amp 240 volt circuit.

I am anti coal ,oil and natural gas. As They pollute like mad and have been falsely subsized for 70 years.

but i am a realist and i know they are all needed and will continued to be needed for my remaining years as i am 64 and i figure i got 20-35 years at the most.

I also know from working with my partner buysolar that solar ,wind etc have a place in the game.
