Crypto-Cat? This Sleek 52-Foot Sailing Catamaran Was Just Bought With Bitcoin
While cryptocurrency remains a tiny niche of yacht sales, one broker has purchased Bitcoin miners to make it more mainstream.
Bitcoin was used to purchase a 52-foot Lagoon catamaran in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The buyers, introduced by Denison yacht broker Michelle Ropiza, purchased the sailing yacht using a combination of US dollars and cryptocurrency.

God, we're *STILL* stuck in the doldrums of $18,500. What a total tragedy!

(Seriously I am giggling non-stop here in meetings.)
Just be patient for a while Wink

I wonder if people still hold or sell at the next high price. But I will sell it once the price reaches 20K Wink

Each and everyone should act like he feels he should.
But i herby guarantee, you will feel sorry for selling at 20k.
I hope I do not regret to sell at that price. I know the price will be up to $20k. But if I can buy back again when the price down, that will give more bitcoin to me. I wish I can get that Wink

I fix broken miners. And make holes in teeth :-)
I can't even begin to imagine how I will feel when it reaches $100k! This will be the "goal achieved" milestone for me. I will aim to always maintain at least 50% of my coins. Depending on the situation then, my intention is to only sell BTC whenever I need "conventional cash" for something. This will probably result in actually spending very few of my coins, as my living expenses are not too high. For me, a very important element of owning Bitcoin is the psychological factor. Just knowing I've attained "fuck you" rich status is enough. Lambos, hookers and blow may follow, but they are not my aim.

I will be giggling constantly like Skeletor.

https://news.bitcoin.com/coinbase-20-billion-cryptocurrency-custody-institutional-investors/

"Coinbase has revealed that it has had “an explosion of incoming capital.” Its assets under custody currently stand at $20 billion, $14 billion of which were accumulated since April. Coinbase highlights a string of bullish events that have “really unleashed” a wave of institutional adoption."

Also...

"Tejpaul further shared what a typical day for him is like on the podcast. “By 9:30 in the morning, I had five separate institutional clients called to invest over $100 million each.” He explained that people sitting on the sideline “are now looking at major banks, major accounting firms, major hedge funds, major endowments, and now Paypal getting into this space,” concluding:

It’s really unleashed a second wave of institutional adoption."

Sell your BTC and you will buy back less..   don't try to time the market by selling BTC -- earn fiat and buy the dips.
People become greedy when it reach $20k Grin
They want bigger profit and still hold Grin

If they still not learn from their mistake, they will never get the profit  Wink

My experience tells me when one has already surpassed 5% profit of his investment in BTC, he should exchange them, unless he is keeping them for the long run. If so,he should lock his coin somewhere and forget about them for 2 years  Grin
Hahaha, yes, it is. But unfortunately, people don't do that because of greed Grin

I wonder if people still hold or sell at the next high price. But I will sell it once the price reaches 20K Wink
Many peoples doing this here on this thread for many years even they are not greedy and taking very good profit because they have faith in bitcoin and enjoying very long love affair with this  Cheesy Grin
I am sure people here can manage their bitcoin and know when they need to sell bitcoin. I have faith in bitcoin too Grin

But I don't have many bitcoin as them, so I am trying to buy and sell bitcoin and trying to make more bitcoin. I wish I get luck again this time Wink

If we break through the 20k barrier, where is the next resistance point in peoples opinions on here?
I sold everything I could most of my silver and all my gold eagles and both my bikes. I purchased at aeound 4k 6k 8k. I'm hugely up. I have this new target of eventually holding 10btc. I want to jump out before we get a big retrace and stock up at the bottom of the dip. Like all members I expect. So do you think 30k or 50k the peak before a big retrace this time?
I realize it is only speculation, still interested to hear the opinions of people here.
I'm learning some chart reading and this momentum trading book I have seems interesting. I have been informed that following technical analysis can be used by whales to set traps for small traders.

Thank you, yes some good advice. I think I will sell enough to repurchase my silver holdings and some of my gold.
I fully believe in bitcoin long term. I enjoy that 21m is the limit there can ever be. I do also like the security that some silver and gold can give. One thing the riots have made me think about is the possible future of a quick move. Silver is quite heavy for the value it can provide. I don't think I could walk far looking inconspicuous if I was having to carry much value of silver along with everything else I'd wish to take. Gold easier, and BTC all there in a few words in your memory.

I still wish to accumulate to 10btc so I'm going to be a little greedy and look for a 30k retrace. To sell some extra, and hopefully get in again after a nice retrace. People who said I have missed the boat with bitcoin are seeing that was not true.
I'm also investing in some low value alts 0.2btc.
Are there any bitcoin traders who have had reliable success with technical analysis. Is it true that because bitcoin is easier to manipulate by certain whales compared to forex, that using technical analysis can drop you into traps prepared by bitcoin whales. What is a whale? 1000btc or 100k btc?  I would think 100BTC is a massive sum but that would not allow you to move markets much would it?

If you were in at 4/6/8 we are now over 18.

So if your avg was 6  you are 3x your buy in.

Some would say sell 33%  to 40% of  your coins .

This means the rest of your holdings are 100% profit and you absolutely can't lose.

Which allows for extremely strong hodl ability.

imagine someone put up hundreds of millions of bitcoin ATM's at once. (they are in the tens of thousands currently) and that is what PayPal sort of did: adding 300 mio virtual btc ATM's with one stroke.

The other important note, if someone installed 300 million ATMs people could immediately sell.   Not the case with PP.   First everyone has to purchase so it is very one sided at the moment (ATM lol)
