Pay off most things like mortgage and be a free man... let the rest mature further
Nothing free about having to pay taxes.

New poll suggestion. Do you say yes or no to the taxman? Is it better to be a slave or a prisoner?

I keep my capital gains under the level required to have a tax rate of 0%. It used to be $35k which was fine living in Thailand. Now I am married so that is now just over $70k. Plenty of income for me per year. It's fairly cheap living here in Panama.

Speaking of, we are considering eventually moving to somewhere in the US. Does anyone know of which state has the lowest/almost zero property taxes?

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
That's some strong ass hopium.

I'll throw this out there too, from AnonyMint:

Don't you just love all these guys that rage quit BTC for some shitcoin fork(ABC, BCH, BSV), but still deeply care about Bitcoin's future price development?

I personally don't consider it a good idea to be forwarding the messages of banned members..  call me a prude.

Government over-reach again. Or perhaps under-reach, depends how they go about it.
As long as it is strictly advisory it's fine. We have those in denmark too and nobody is going to come running if you stand a little too close to someone. Hand sanitizers are in every major store and I never use them, never even got a sideways look for that. Let people choose and things will work out.

Umm yeah, you need to reread this.
Yeah, funny. People keep getting dumber including in government. Still stands.
These type dumbers available in every country we also have many and they are doing good job for this all Cheesy Grin

~oh snap~
I raise you.

Isn't it weird in germany and england they were saying george floyd's name. Cry

During his dying words he called out to his mother and just we all realized she had died two years ago.
This is quite sad to hear after all that has transpired during the past two weeks with all the rioting and shit going on within this storm of chaos.

I'm shorting BTC for the first time in my life.
Sorry guys  Cool

This chart is very likely. Still bullish AF in the long run:

Happened upon this gold nugget with a miss-click.
Bitcoin still surprising the majority. HODL

Noticing traditional markets are punching new ATH's lately. AAPL, TSLA etc.  That environment scares me.
Suspect that BTC will ultimately follow the trend created by the free FED dollars.

I voted 0%
Reason being is that I fully intend on not returning to traditional finance with my BTC value but likely rather diversify with it into real estate or other hard assets when the opportunities are greater.  I also do not want to believe the narrative that BTC will enter another boom bust cycle like that of 2017-18 where everyone will pile on in expectation of the same outcome.
I think the next cycle in BTC will be much smarter, stable money with a plan.  For these reasons, I expect HODL to outperform a sell/buyback strategy.

I guess the difference between the two lines is "inflation"? Looks scary.

"Asset price inflation". Aka "Minsky Melt-up".

"This surge in asset prices will benefit a small minority of wealthy Americans and actively harm the vast majority via costs of living surging versus significant unemployment, flat wages, and eventually goods and services inflation."

Is this justice enough for all? Each officer received jail time but have bail.
We will see tonight if the rioters start going up against immobilized fully armed forces who don't give a flying fuck when given the order to shoot on site in D.C tonight.
Officer Chauvin is going to court today on his conviction for the time going be served for murder. They have said up to 40 years but they usually get off serving good time and being a former cop you know they will give em special treatment and let off early.
The others have been charged with aiding and assisting in second degree murder.
Its all theres left to say after this...

And just move on cause anymore rioting and peaceful protests are just causing more harm now then good.
