Just bought £250 worth, will buy another £500 before the weekend. Got to continue to stack those sats. Really happy with how many more BTC‘s I’ve manage to scoop up since we hit the bottom.

These prices won’t last forever. Buy what you can afford to gentlemen. This is still a great time to buy & noob’s who come in during the next parabolic rise will be so jealous looking at the prices we’ve bought & are continuing to buy at.

Are you going to be passing the rest of us up, in terms of the number of your sats?   Cry Cry Cry

You won't "fit in" anymore, unless you are sure to invite us mere mortals onto your private island, for a visit, from time to time.   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

been off carbs for ~9 months, plateaued now at 40 pounds down, the first 30 came off in like 10 weeks

bread is the food of peasants

Not quite correct, bread made from wheatmeal is such.
bread made from rye is a different story (as well as oat).
They are carb-rich but they don't have as much sucrose and fructans, which feed the "bad" bacteria in the colon.
Also look for less or no added gluten.

Wheatmeal is food for cancer, almost the same as sugar.
Sarcastically, most "diet" products are reduced in fat, but the calories are added back using various sugars.
Newer research shows that obesity originates from carbs, much less from fat. Fat is good, extended energy and less hungry for longer periods. The combination of fat and carbs is a real health (and fitness-) killer.

Sorry, nothing to say about bitcoin at the time. The usual boring volatility...
Institutions, bring it on!  Cool

Bitcoin could drop to $6,000 according to $GBTC's premium

You are a diptwat.

That supposed premium does not really tell you anything about which way BTC prices are going, and how (or if) such premium is going to resolve itself.

Segwit airdrop

I realize that you're simply here to be a trolling fool, but are you really dumb enough to think that Segwit was a hard fork? An "airdrop" refers to getting something for free, which was what BCH and BSV were. Tell me, what did BTC holders get for free during the "Segwit airdrop"?

Any off - forkings are air drops - Relevance: tax & legal - visit ur Consultant...

Hard forks, you moldy sponge.

@whiteboy.....

Please keep shorting sir....

Currently, his purported short seems to be exactly on and in the green - not that I am advocating for shorting BTC in an apparent bull market nor am I actually conceding that the goof/troll actually is doing what he is saying that he is doing, even while he currently seems to be on target, no?

got filled around 8700 but not in size. (weak bulls)

more orders sitting.

will reevaluate after/if the 200DMA falls.

developing the theory that the pump ist fueled by stable coin worries.

still long the major alts as a hedge.

i know why u wanna hate me.

But my 8742 short paid again (took some profits).

still salty that bulls were too impotent to fill me in size.

I am not hating you.  If you actually are making money and filling such trades, then you seem to be on a decent winning streak.

I just have considerable doubts about your credibility, and merely getting lucky doesn't really mean too much, even if you get lucky 20-or-30 times but then you end up losing the vast majority of your gains because you seem to be endorsing a kind of Martingale principle, which ends up being a losing strategy in the longer run, rather than really having any kind of credibility to show that you might have some kind of meaningful and replicable fundamentals based approach... which kinds of comes across, as well, through your ongoing inclination to want to brag and to suggest that peeps like me give enough fucks about you or your strategy to become envious... .. which seems to be a sign of some delusion that you might have, as well.    Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes    Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

shorting a 200 DMA retest is not a replicable based approach ?

taking money from dumb people is what i enjoy most.

The reality of the matter is that you are likely amongst the most wonderful of persons that any of us mere mortals should appreciate your presence of attempting to help us out within the blindness of this thread, especially yours truly..

Thank you so muchie for gracing us unworthy ones, especially yours truly, with ur seemingly unworldly and mystifying glory. Amen.  Tongue   Wink

If you're doing any sort of resistance or endurance training, even trying to bulk or gain weight (as in, gain muscle, not fat), you'd do well to research the old-school Anabolic Diet. It's a cyclical keto diet. 5 days on, 2 days off, perfect for a week. No need to quit carbs as you can have them on weekends, and it's socially friendly since you can party on weekends.

Come back on Monday, go back to your strict keto diet. Then do your usual training or sports activities. This works well with bodybuilders, powerlifters, and that kind of thing. Not so well with endurance types like marathons or triathlons, but they still work. Usually those other sports have other types of diets recommended.

Note the unconventional cAPITALIZATION!
Had a lovely talk with a chap in a supermarket who said his doctor had told him to go keto. Is there any scientific research on the keto diet?

He said this was for his week's food, not yet finished, but he gets his steaks from a proper butcher.

I have been keto since OCT '16 (well i was KETO for about a year, lost ~50lbs, and now maintain by just being very low carb, but not necessarily full keto).  I eat tons of vegetables, by the way.  There's lots of research on the diet as it has been used for epileptics for decades, but as to the science behind it's relationship to metabolic syndrome, diabetes, blood pressure etc... still pretty new.

But smart docs are starting to move their patients in this direction.

It changed my life.

/r/keto has a great FAQ and TLDR docs that are fairly scientific.  You might also look up Dr. Sarah Hallberg on youtube, or things by Tim Noakes.

Can't wait for this. This would be another factor that will drive LN adoption higher as there are plenty already using this particular wallet.

Not sure what Columbus day is supposed to be about but today is also thanksgiving day in Canada. It's mostly a harvest celebration and excuse to get together.
This year's bounty looks much like last year's however the weed didn't turn out as great as last time. The apples on the other hand went on overdrive and delivered 100 liters of juice from a single tree and this pie for tonight's dinner.

Boom. Big step for lightning. Never saw that coming, but it sounds like a fantastic idea.

Perhaps blockchain.com will follow in their steps, and other wallets where the blockchain is maintained by a 3rd party (Exodus for example).

In other development-related news, I wonder why there's been little to no talk of the Schnorr + Taproot soft fork that may be implemented in 2020. I wondered into the Development & Technical Discussion section and didn't see anything about it.

https://bitcoinist.com/schnorr-taproot-soft-fork-promises-big-things-for-bitcoin/

Sounds like this could go a long way in terms of increasing fungibility/anonymity and lowering fees.

This is such a benign, softball change that I really don't understand why people are genuinely upset over the issue.

It's like when Star Trek changed "where no man has gone before" to "no one has gone before". I get it. They want to be more inclusive.

Pick your battles I guess, but this one just seems like it's not worth an eyeroll, even.

It is, a bit. If a man turns into a woman, doesn't (s)he want to be a lady?

Or mby I don't get it.

But yeah, pseudo.

Back in 2004, I was on some sort of cyclical keto diet for an entire year.  It was good and it worked. There's lots of research on this and several of the more popular diets are variations of keto in the sense they are all low carb diets (atkins, south beach, paleo).

Casa Crypto-Custody Startup Calls Lightning Network ‘Early and Reckless’

Some clients are concerned about the nodes that connect to the HTTP protocol and not HTPPS, although Casa replied that it is not accidental they chose HTTP because it is a domestic connection and does not create a sense of insecurity, while HTPPS is impractical and dangerous.

wtf is Columbus Day? Native Americans are the heroes.

...

Celebrating some dude who supposedly "discovered" America while looking for India then landing in the Bahamas.
And I get paid time off for it.
Not only that, I also actually get paid time off for celebrating some fairy tale about a dude who died and came back to life, and a giant bunny lays colored eggs for kids to hunt.
Not complaining, mind you.
Strange world we live in.
