*shrug*

A market dump of those 10k coins currently walled up at 12.20, would only bring us down to 11.60

I doubt it'll scare anyone off. Bulls are hungry right now, solid gradual grind up and some decent support for a dump.

60k coin dump required now for us to hit 10, that'll eat a big player no problem Smiley

its not about scaring people

its about competing to sell large amounts of over priced bitcoins

and it just got a hole lot hard to sell above 12.20

Uh.. ohhhh..

130k USD wall...

The way bitcoins are being bought, I don't think this wall is going to stop the movement.

+1. Anyone who puts up walls like that is only trying to manipulate the price down.

Many have hard time believing there might be people with a lot of money really interested in buying bitcoin for investment, out of curiosity, or store of value. I, for one, after looking at the price movement in last couple of weeks, have started believing in this. That is the reason I am not selling right now. I will only sell when the price can not be moved with any small amount of money. By small money I mean couple of million of dollars.

This move up is very interestingly controlled.

No crazy price swings...just slow grinding.
Switch the chart to H4 on http://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/.
Now look at the orange and blue line in the chart. Almost a perfect straight line since 10+ days. This is not some random buying.

I know...it's slow buying...over time...

How much is it?

the trollface analysis means the price wasn't going to hold at 11.85. Bulls were just trollin.

i mean for the options on btcharts

You have to pay (it is .2 btc for one month right now), but there are far more customizable options. This is what I came up with. At the top are all BTC/Currency pairs, on the left is archived mt gox, set to show the past week (This feature offers historical order book going back to april... I think sampled every 15 minutes), then on the right I have live mt gox and bitfloor, you can add more live charts or less, move them around and resize, and save layouts of whatever you care about. There are still some aspects that are somewhat buggy but bzzrd is very responsive to suggestions.

Whatever it is, it is too much. I wont pay anything and if I have to, Im going back to mtgoxlive till the btccharts-guy figures out, that he could make so much more placing adds IN THE BACKGROUND OF THE CHART OR JUST FLASH BANNERS NOW AND THEN for crying out loud.

All these pictorial analogies are quite silly.

That being said, when I ran across this image today, my first thought was,

"Hey, that looks just like the BTC ask depth..."
