The ask wall at $13 is a blatant attempt at manipulating the weak hands into selling their coins. Mtgox should remove all the asks again lol.

Cypher admitted he doesn't keep his bitcoins on the exchange longer than 2 days or so. So if this is him he will have fun withdrawing 30k btc in 2 days.
Of course that would conclude not taking exactly the same action as telling us. I mean he stated he had closed a profitable short position on gold recently. We know he is ultra-bullish on BTC and trying to suppress prices a little before adding some stack wouldn't be the worst thing to do keeping that in mind.
From what I got from all of Cypher's posts here on this forum is that he hasn't been trying to suppress the price at all.
