Impossible to tell until it happens, but we've had huge walls trailing the price for a while. I remember when we broke 100 a mil wall went up at about 90, but nothing interesting happened with it.

I think it's been established that you can't fake a wall. Bids/Asks that can't be filled do not appear in the order book.
Otherwise people would have fun putting up 21 Million BTC walls.
A fake wall is one that the rich Wallmaker has no intension of selling or buying. The money and bid/ask itself is very real and in their account, but they will watch it like a hawk and remove when the feel the time is right. That is what people mean when they discuss 'fake walls'.
