They could also be trying to intimidate the price down so that they can increase their position at a better price. Dumping into this market has been risky lately and may result in a net loss for them. The question is, are they walls of benevolence or walls of intimidation?

If the intent was to induce selling panic, no reason to pull the walls once the price started to fall below 20.00. The panic was just starting to form at this point, the best action to boost it was to move walls closer. Instead, the walls were pulled. So I stand by my analysis.

Interesting, I didn't see that happen, I thought the walls disappeared from buying pressure.

This could lead to stability instead of a panic. Manipulators should be proud.

It seems that the goal of these walls is indeed to stabilize price, rather than induce selling panic. Evidence: the walls initially appeared when the price started to push 21.00. Once the price fell and started to accelerate down below 20, the walls were pulled allowing the market to recover. The walls reappeared when the price approached 21.00 again with volume.

Conclusion: Big player(s) is(are) comfortable with a current price level and intend to stabilize the price in a 20.00-21.00 corridor for now. They want to avoid extreme volatility resulting from either a short-term bubble or a short-term dump forming from current price level.

They could also be trying to intimidate the price down so that they can increase their position at a better price. Dumping into this market has been risky lately and may result in a net loss for them. The question is, are they walls of benevolence or walls of intimidation?

Yeah, I agree Arvicco, but as said above - those walls are not for sale. It's pretty ballsy to put them up on a Tuesday. Someone could quite easily eat a good portion of their lunch.

What the fuck is that wall guy trying to do?

I don't know, but someone should buy it all up.

Is Loaded still around?

I think it may just vanish if the bulls could ram onto the wall, I am just getting a bit annoyed by the non-movement of the price, coz I know the bears most likely can't stir up enough panic to push the price down.

you will panic after weeks of down trend, and seeing every support lvl fall just because it had been slowly pecked at...

You seemed to know so much about how panic feels like that you must be constantly tormented by it, well, that kinda explain your long streak of failures.

Did you guys ever consider maybe Adam takes the opposite of his real position publicly?  For him to make money he needs others to take the other side of the bet.

He stated earlier that he is holding his position with 10BTC and the rest on paper wallets... I would be concerned if he sold this coins Lips sealed.

That's a great theory and all, but that wall is not for sale.

It's already moved once.

Avalon is cashing out, this is the 20k btc wall all about.

600 asics pre ordered

600 asics X $1500= $900k

avalon received $900k in btc at the price of 20,3$ (febrouary 2) or 44~45k btc

($900k/$20.3= 44~45k btc)

avalon sold 20k btc at $19 approximately (febrouary 2)

19 X 20000 = $380K (the cost of manufacturing the products)

So avalon puts an ask wall of 20k btc @ $21

20000 X 21 =$420k (profit)

and hoards 5k btc.

Bid depth is was building up nicely (at least until Mr. Big Wall came in again) and all this postponed demand is bound to erupt at some point.
