Your cryptocurrency wallet can be hacked at any point in time if you mistakenly share your private keys with someone. Most of the times people get hacked through the process of claiming airdrops. Never give your keys out in the process of getting airdrop tokens, they are thieves and want to take your little funds you have.

Its definitely possible. Hackers are everywhere therefore you need to be careful about the websites you visit because this can pave a way or create a chance or opportunity for hackers to have access to the wallet.

Just like an account where one's fiat currencies are kept so also is wallet where digital assets or cryptocurrencies of crypto lovers are kept. Can the wallet be vulnerable to hacking and if possible how can that happen? If you have experienced it before, I want to learn from your experience.
every form of wallet, whether website wallet or desktop wallet all stand the chance of vulnerability for possible hacking and this happen most frequently when you try uploading your private keys on phishing sites. hackers are every where and you have to be smart with the sites you visit, checking the url link carefully. keep you private key private because your very own friends can be your hackers because I have experienced that.

A wallet can not be cracked by bruteforce a private key or a seed phrase. The wallet can be hacked only by stealing this data from you. Therefore, it is better to store private keys and seed phrases on carrier that does not have access to the Internet.

It is very possible and one of the most commonest thing in the industry. Hacks occur almost on a daily basis, a simple Google search will reveal the numerous cases online. Most hacks are caused by users being so careless as to proper care for their Pkey or mnemonics. Exposing these sensitive information by inputting them to phishing sites, could be a massive undoing and a costly price to pay.

If we talk about Ethereum , I doubt that you can hack or pick up a private key , unless you yourself show it to someone , or enter on a phishing site

If you share the private keys to the person or signing up in airdrops that includes private keys then your wallet will hack. You should not share it keep it safe.
It is like a suicide if you are including your private keys with those fill up forms.
Someone who will do this probably isn't aware of what he do.
Don't fill up forms that asks for your private key, it is obvious that you are throwing your money to these hackers and scammers.

If you make your private keys secrets and no one will know. But it is only possible if you give your private key to somebody or you fill out some online form asking for your private key then you gave it. So to avoid hacking just keep your private keys private and don't tell to anyone and even in online sites they don't need to ask your private keys.

That can happen when someone gives a private key to someone else, as far as I know the crypto wallet is hard to crack because our private key is held by us and so far I have never experienced it and hopefully that doesn't happen to me. and always remember to keep your wallet private key very carefully.

I am not sure about 100% of cryptocurrencies, but the top ones like Bitcoin or Ethereum are impossible to be hacked, at least nowadays. It is almost impossible to generate the right Private Key to the wallet.

Add assume 't recognise how right this is, a quantum pc buoy just breakage much a safety process. On the other hand as far-away as I recognise, thither are 2 much computers. Single in U.s., the additional in Russian federation. Possibly thither are in additional nation, on the other hand the media get not talked almost them.

I think this can happen and this is the reason why we must be extra careful to keep our wallet fully secured against any intruders. Private keys must be kept in well secure place and don't give third-party access to mobile wallets on your phone.

Through Phishing it is possible, and maybe installing malicious applications or malware can affect your security for your wallet address to be stolen. What you need to do is to be careful on approving permission to an dapp.
I think manually WALLET hacking is pretty difficult. In everyday we are browsing thousand of websites and i think we should used internet security before any wallet install like many times we use wallet for bounty/airdrop token which is too much risky wallet.

For sure it is possible. Not only regular user wallets can be hacked, even big exchanges. Unfortunately there are at least several exchanges a month that are suffering from hacking attacks and you cannot count the amount of people that were hacked. Store your private key safe and install an anti virus software to protect yourself.

Seems, not? Maybe, your account might be accessed and hacked if you are careless enough that you trust different entities on the internet to enter your private keys and other vital information about your account I can say. If you are going to use secure hardware wallet then it was your responsibility to be keep it safe in place where you are the only person to access it.

I can say it's possible to hack a wallet if he does not keep and secure his wallet most because wallet users especially with bounty hunters and joining airdrops have an extra wallet so it's used in airdrops that are too big they just want to protect their old wallet or hackers from hackers so you do not have to worry about your funds and altcoins because they're bounty hunter losing funds and altcoins or hacking because hackers just know one of them those who did not review a website or provided the private key.

Actually, your crypto isn't actually stored in your wallet.
This is one of the parts of blockchain tech that people often dont understand.

Your crypto is on the blockchain.
The blockchain is open source ledger that anyone can look at and access and distributed around the world.
Your "wallet" is actually just your keys to transact on the blockchain.

so anyone can look at, mine, and transact on the blockchain.
but in order to move crypto from one address to another, you need to use the key.

So for simplicities sake, people have called the key a wallet, it's basically your key and a gui (graphic user interface) that lets you see how much is at your address.

So the only way it can get hacked is if someone has access to your key.

Simple but well covered about what is wallet and how can we save from hacking. Most newbies confusing hacking bitcoin with wallet hacking FYI guys it is impossible to hack the blockchain unless you have over 50% of control over miners.
