The possibility always exists and it is necessary to constantly remember about it, because there is always the likelihood that hackers will crack exactly those wallets that have good opportunities and large volumes.

Just like an account where one's fiat currencies are kept so also is wallet where digital assets or cryptocurrencies of crypto lovers are kept. Can the wallet be vulnerable to hacking and if possible how can that happen? If you have experienced it before, I want to learn from your experience.

I keep most of my BTC/ETH in online wallets (Blockchain.info and MEW). But I am forced to keep some of the alts and tokens in exchange wallets as installing a desktop wallet in each case is simply not practical. Fortunately, none of my online wallets have got hacked till now.
Glad to hear that, but keep make strong security for your online wallet and exchanger. They already have 2fa feature that people can use so i think it can make us as user feel safe to save our assets on them.

Your account or wallet can be hacked if you do not care because so many hackers now with exchanger are also coming in with hackers so be careful of your website or links because other people can access your guardian is your private key because there are airdrops and bounty scams that require the private key so be careful of your money so your funds can not be stolen so other bounty hunters will be able to hold their wallet because what is their hosting website and link they do not read this good use wallets is metamask because it dedeact the phishing sites and possibly mahack your wallet.

Chance of course there is a wallet hack , but I think it is minimal , especially I think those popular purses which a lot of people are well protected , especially mew ledger
Lol so many people are getting hacked caused by the vulnerability in the ledger is not yet fixed. this happened so many times and it's a good wallet anymore. ledger is not a good wallet as trezor. It's much better to use another hardware wallet.

Wallet hacking is very possible, this happen mostly to people who use unverified links they are phished the moment they click on the look alike websites. Don't click on any unverified link it may expose your private key to hackers.
If you often see emails on the blockchain name and you get certain rewards, it's obviously phishing. they have a mailer, and a replica site that is very similar to blockhain.info. several times my friend was hit by this mode, and the thief managed to get the password and identifer. luckily my friends used 2fa, so their theft failed to stole

Now there are many wallets to store our crypto. Can use Blockchain, imtoken and Myetherwallet. Of course all wallets have their own level of security. All that could be hacked is also a hacker who is very very expert. But it's not easy to do it. And you personally also have to increase the level of security on the device you are using. So that your wallet is always safe.

Keeping wallet secure is really depend on behavior of wallet owner. Other than that we can't think wallet can be hacked. As I heard wallet hacking situation there are always mistakes form wallet owners.

I guess thats possible but few people can do that, wallet like myetherwallet is a good one but thinking people ability there is no doubt even a full secured website can be hacked. Anyways thats very little percentage, its always better to use different wallet to avoind one time loss.
Having multiple wallet to save from loss is not a good idea,if you want to save your funds you need to use secured wallet in safe way,MEW can be the best wallet but you need to stay away from fake sites and never expose your private keys.

Absolutely any system can be hacked. From this no one is immune as progress goes forward and the skills of hackers too. I am sure that many banks have experienced various difficulties that relate to hackers. A huge number of databases were stolen from the main servers of banks. And I am sure that the cyber security of banks at a good level but the blockchain gives a new stage of evolution of protection but the meaning of hacking remains the same so it is best to keep offline wallets.

I agree. Information technology is developing in leaps and bounds. Along with this, and cyber attacks also make themselves felt. Because you need to be very careful. Hacking is all a matter of time and equipment power.

Everything is possible, so that do not keep your keys on computer, because it can be hacked. Always print your key.
Yes, a person must not save his/her private key on their computer, there are a lot of ways now to access other's computer, the safest way is to just write it down on paper then secure it.
Instead, a separate computer would make more sense. For example, if you are busy with daily trading, private keys may be needed at any time, and working with paper will be difficult.

Depends on what you mean by wallet. If you mean hacking the blockchain to steal your coins, I think that has not been done before. The copies of your coins are replicates in multiple computers. So one can steal your coins from a single copy of the blockchain.
If you mean your normal centralized wallet, then it depends on how secure the wallets are and how trustworthy the wallet companies are with information on their servers. .

Your private keys has to be kept securely else hackers could gain access to fund with them whether you use secure wallets or not

Nothing impossible, what we think is safe is not necessarily safe, activating all the security features provided is the best and must be done, if we keep the bitcoin the keep in the vault and setting 7 days for transaction is the best option.
