This was pretty uneventful. I'll be closing this down soon. No names are chosen by me but there will be a winner.

Just out of curiosity, how is that shitposting? Huh

Simply because it is already on the list as suggested by someone else earlier. Not reading the discussion and jumping straight in with whatever you have to say - is the very definition of a shitposter in my book.

..

^ exactly what he said.

Bhinneka Wallet
You are lucky I am not tagging your account for shitposting.
Just out of curiosity, how is that shitposting? Huh Bhinneka is Bahasa Indonesia and translates as "diversity". Seems somewhat appropriate given your requirements... And given the very large numbers of Indo users on bitcointalk, it'd probably prove quite popular! Tongue
The name was originally submitted by joniboini (Post link).

ArifSohel didn't deserve a Red Tag, he deserved to be permabanned for plagiarism unless if it's a coincidence; one common Indonesian word, there's a high chance.
But I can't find that post of him so it might be deleted by a mod reported as spam or he deleted it.

How about "Singularity"? Fits the "all in one" concept...

Haven't done extensive research, but I'm not aware of a wallet with that name... Although there was a "Singularity Coin" (long dead) and a SingularityNET token.

Still, proper branding/logo/marketing should assist in avoiding confusion with those projects.

Then I'm sorry, I thought about ideas for names that came to mind. I didn't check to see if it was already taken.

You are digging yourself into a hole that you do not want to find yourself in.

90% of all the names you have given are of other projects and you want me to believe that you just randomly thought of all those names? Really funny.

Edit:
Yes truly.
Sense, bit, stream, flex, etc are common suffix/prefix to generate name ideas. They're generic and can be used in many different niches. Only now I checked the names 1 by 1 to figure it's already taken. If you think I'm dumb enough to search for business names on google and copy here then you're dumber than me. Why would I suggest names, that I know, already taken?.... really people these days...

While I am partly serious with my previous reply, I genuinely lol'ed when they considered my example "LemonPurse" as a participant.
For G's sake, it's not a decent wallet name an only given as an example of a "Common Word(s) - Two Syllables" brand   Roll Eyes

Okay, so it should resemble "All in one", I came up with the name "Unibit Wallet" but it was already taken or even patented.
If possible, change my submitted entry into: Unicoin Wallet (There's a slight resemblance with "Unocoin" though).

Yeah, not all entries are serious but not everyone will be the winner. It's only fair that I track every entry.

I find this on Wikipedia, and I like it

kibisis wallet

Quote
The ancient Greek word kibisis, said to describe the sack carried by the god Hermes and the sack in which the mythical hero Perseus carried the severed head of the monster Medusa, was typically translated as a "wallet"

Keep the entries rolling guys.
I've created a mini table tracking all the names and the respective participants. There WILL BE a winner in this contest regardless of the fact I choose the name or not. But the winning name has to be credible!

Since it has a native utility token, my suggestion is naming it after "Native" itself. I believe there is no other coin which was named native coin itself. When someone from the crypto learns about the name, one will think its the gas which basically what your project may want to portrait to the public. Hope to win coins from this suggestion Smiley

Guys, this is not a thread for you to farm your signatures, go do that somewhere else. Every reply below this has to be with a name suggestion/entry.

Any off-topic rant below this post will be deleted and a neutral tag will be posted on your profile for not adhering to my local rule. Please, don't make me do that.

Errr... NO!!?! Shocked Shocked Shocked

You should NEVER let the public mess with the core repository. By all means make the code viewable/downloadable etc by the public... but the main GitHub repo should still be locked down to the project owners/devs only... if the public want to make submissions, they should fork the repo, make their changes and then create a pull request.
Ah, Yes. I am aware of that. Mentioned that in a simple and short way. Modified in the sense, the public should be allowed to create a pull request. Certain projects keep the code secret and doesn't allow the common people to raise their suggestions through a PR. Even nowadays open source projects can be a scam run if the lead dev becomes a scammer and change the code such as Oyster Protocol token. This is why I don't/never use wallets other than Core, Armory, Electrum for Bitcoin.

P.S Apart from Wladimir is there any other lead to have access to the bitcoin core repository?

The name of both these coins looks interestingly funny, particularly the latter one. Regarding the wallet name, are you gonna create your own wallet? Is that open-source? If you are trying to make your own wallet, you should make it open-source and the code should be available to the public through Github and should be allowed by the public to be modified. Another thing is that, there are many wallets being created then and there but really very few multi-wallets gain the reputation of the community and being used more frequently.

You don't really need any catchy names for your wallets or for your business. Just an ordinary name (like Amazon) will become a ground breaking catchy name if your wallet gets popularized and becomes trusted over the time.

Regarding the name, enterito wallet is the one I thought. It means "whole" in Español which could better be an alternative to your "All in One" quote! I am not a native Spanish speaker, but can understand basic terms and simple meanings. Hope it helps.
