Can anyone tell which Wallet with lowest transaction fee both desktop and web wallet.

Thanks

For me coins.ph because right now this is my wallet that I used and transaction fee is very low. You can also try it so that if wouldn't believe on me you'll see that this is true. Smiley
Based on the url of that wallet that you are saying, i think it is only designed and being used around the ph or philippines and that is not an international wallet. I think the OP is finding some international wallet that has a fair rate in terms of fees and coins.ph is not designed for all the bitcoin users because it is only for the ph people.

if your transactions are time sensitive then Its always better to use Wallets with Medium or High fees as Your transactions will be confirmed soon .

Otherwise with wallets with lower fees you Might have To wait for days or weeks to get your amount confirmed .

As of now there are some wallets provides lower fees Like Blockchain
Can you recommend a Wallet for beginner?

Before it was approved fast for lowest transaction fee but now all sites are updated and allowed people to pay some extra money to get fast confirmation. The fees are actually bit expensive, but we don't have other option. If we want to get confirmation fast, we need to pay a high fee.

In most of the wallets you can decide yourself how much you want to put as a transaction fee, or choose "fast", medium or "slow".

As others suggested Xapo and Coinbase pays the fees but you have to remember that your funds are in others hand and you don't own(and control) them 100%.

It's only a matter of time before Xapo changes their mind and starts to do exactly what Coinbase did about stopping to support the miners fees. I think the only reason they still have not do it is because they are not much popular as coinbase is now, so with very very less users, less fees to pay for them. Xapo is not so big in the bitcoin community

Multbit wallet has the lowest transaction fees at a moment but its not worth to use that wallet as to get transaction confirm it may take even 3 to 4 days which is really frustrating as no one can afford to wait that long to get bitcoins in their wallet.

Rates are not defined by wallets, but by the network. What happens is that some wallets, like blockchain.info, have fees defined by default, to make things easier for the user. However, this is something you can change before you make a transaction.

I thought that Xapo and Coinbase, and probably other online wallets are no longer supporting zero fee transaction because current high tx fees are too much to handle.

I've been using BitPay for a while now, but last few days I've been charged roughly 10% fee regardless of transaction "size". And I used super economy fee, which is just plain insane.
Any thoughts?

that's very unreasonable charged , how could they ask such a big fees?

strange.
Bitcoin tx fees are not percentage based. You pay for size of your transaction, the bigger the transaction the higher the fee.
Without proper TX fee we can't say much about it, but I am rather sure that your transaction was composed from multiple outputs.
That effectively made it bigger and therefore tx fee was so big.

Web wallets without transaction fees are coinbase and xapo (0 fee), but do not use coinbase if:

1. You are from India or a country for which coinbase does not support buy/sell option because the chances of coinbase blocking access to your account in future is very high.

2. You are into gambling, mixing funds, or any illegal activity (they abhor incoming transactions from shady sources) because then also your account will get closed without you being able to withdraw.

Haven't used either Coinbase or Xapo in a while but I believe there are fees at both now unless the transaction is Coinbase to Coinbase or Xapo to Xapo

Lowest transaction fee does not mean anything with the current trend in bitcoin transactions because, even with high fees, your tansaction will be confirmed in hours. If you lower the fee, the time for it to be confirmed could drive you crazy.

I have been reading here, in another section of the forum, xapo doesn't charge any fees for sending. You may take a look at it and see if it fit your needs
They don't charge for fees if you send bitcoins to another xapo account. Afaik if you send bitcoins to other wallets they'll start charging you some fees. It is stated here and OP mentioned that he'll be gambling so there will be fees.

BitcoinCore, Blockchain, Coinbase, MultiBit, Armory, all are pretty cheap and safe to use. But I would suggest Coinbase as its available in both in the US and the Europe. The fees go around 1-3% based on your location, so confirm the fees before making the transaction.
Those web wallet hosts are having good reviews and comments from several members but there is one web wallet which I found very convenient to use and has lower fees and that is blockchain.info. In the site you can adjust your fees to lower but too low of a fee will result in a very long confirmation of transaction. Though some said that they have increased their fees but compared to others they still have a reasonable fee per transaction.
I have been using blockchain.info for almost a year now and I always try to minimize the transaction fees by first accumulating bitcoin before sending it to my local exchange to convert it to fiat. The difference in sending .03 and .3 bitcoin is quite small so I would rather accumulate my bitcoins up to a certain amount before sending. I am still hoping that these fees can be lowered without the risk of the transactions not getting confirmed because if the fee continues to rise, I would think several times before making any transactions.
I also use to keep my Bitcoins in Blackchain.info, this is safe to hold our coins in a wallet, other wallets I never tried, from the beginning I am using only this wallet to save my coins. Till today I have not faced issues from this wallet. And one more wallet I will use it's local exchange before they charge 0.0002 BTC  for every transaction now they increased to 0.0005 BTC. It is bit high amount. So looking for another safe site to do local trading.
