Reading through all the comments I was wondering why nobody mentioned Coinkite. IMO it is one of the best web wallets with lowest transcation fee. If I'm missing something please do tell me.

Its new to hear this name. I have never tried this. The wallet always preferred is Blockchain. As suggested will try coinkite too to find is there something new.

I never thought about using different wallet to save some coins through its transaction fee.
Normally I'm okay with with just 0.0001 fee but if there is lesser i guess it would be great considering I'd be making a lot transactions later.

Whatever you do don't use MultiBit wallet for anything. The day I dropped them and switched to Electrum was the day they forced me to pay $2.31 in fees to send out ~$17 in BTC.

Gonna sync that wallet real quick and see if I can pull that transaction up, was ridiculous

Here it is, my amounts were off but not by much

https://blockchain.info/tx-index/ac3b962733475b0ec3fc07f73621fe4dfd2b7da6294d678498ac0d9366692082

I sent 0.0435 ($17.95) and the fee was 0.00380083 ($1.57) which is roughly 8.7% fee for that transaction

In most wallets, You can set up your own fees i.e you can use a 0 BTC fee, But that is not recommended at all, You would end up having transactions stuck for hours or even days if you do that, Some websites cover the fees for the users but the only ones I came across where gambling sites (And I don't recommend holding your bitcoin in those).

Web Bitcoin wallets are safe, it's the exchanges that usually 'get hacked into' and coins get stolen due to security malpractices. I am now using the BitGo wallet which claims to be the world's most secure Bitcoin wallet  Grin Anyway jokes aside, if you have a unique strong password only used for logging into your online wallet you should be OK.

Since you have asked for information on how to create a paper wallet you can see the creation process being explained here:

In Web wallets i have heard XAPO is the greatest.
Haven't heard for BitGo before. Whats its transaction fee ?
Xapo has zero transaction fee.

Xapo and coinbase will pay the fees for you so if you are looking for the cheapest fee, this is your best option. Blockhain wallet has 0.0001 BTC fee while in mycelium you can set your fee from low, economic, normal, high priority. I think lowest fee is 5000 satoshi.

Xapo and coinbase are really the best wallet out there is you are looking for an online wallet but is you want you can use paper wallet too..

You must always use a reliable and reputed bitcoin wallet even if the charge you some small amount of transaction fee.Going for a untrusted wallet just because it is free, may cost you all your coins.
You can try Spectrocoin for the offer nearly zero transaction fee https://spectrocoin.com/en/bankFees.html

I agree with some people when they say that Blockchain is the bitcoin wallet with the lowest transaction fee but there are other ones such as coinbase where they do not charge a transaction fee.

I think that most wallet services allows the user to set their own fee (custom fees), which means you can low your fee to even 0 fee in any wallet.
But remember, low fee means you will have to wait a long time for the transaction to be confirmed by the miner.
