I don't really think there needs to be another IPO stage. I'm not currently invested because I dont have any BTC to spend but I have been following the coin so far and it doesn't seem necessary. It will come off as a grab for cash regardless of your intentions. It wouldn't stop me from mining, I just dont think its a great idea.

If a new IPO stage were to be created the stage 1 and stage 2 coins would not be devalued.
