The policy didn't really change. Just that you need to PM your name of the investment. No anonymous investments. If you have done that already, then it is no problem!

NAS is at 500 BTC market cap. NFD has half the coins. So a price of at least 10 satoshis seems likely.
Currently thinking if I should send some funds to anon, but 0.02 BTC isn't exactly cheap...
