Quiting gamble depend on a person's mind. If somebody wants to quit gambling from heart, he will successful but other than this, how much try or technique you use to quiting gambling, nothing will work. It is a big problem for the addictive person. Mostly who play at a row with a big amount of money. I have seen some people who tried but failed.
Perhaps, he needs to know how strong his mind to quit gambling and what he should do to quit gambling. He can feel successful to quit gambling when he tries, and he is not gambling in that day so he can try to do the same thing in the next days. I've seen some people failed to quit gambling too but I also saw some people who can quit gambling, and he is consistent with his decision to quit gambling. First, you need to think about it that quitting gambling is hard if you alone isn't helping yourself. But if you're doing something to avoid the craving to gamble, you can do it. It's really hard if you can't help yourself but if you seek immediate help with your friends or professional help that will give you a program to follow to solve your addiction problem, results will depend on how consistent you are.

Of course not, but sometimes we are feeling difficult to quit gambling because of the tempting of the gambling game bigger than we can imagine. It keeps attracting us to still continue playing the game and many people still doing over and over again until they don't have any money. I think it is a bad idea to forcefully get someone to quit their addiction. They need to be ready to do it themselves, friends can only do so much and they may end up destroying their relationship. I've seen my own friends turn to drugs before and they were not going to quit until they were ready, it didn't matter what the people around them said.

Quitting is easy if you want to achieve something, but never easy if you want to stop doing what you always do and what you always wanted to do. This is what you called addiction, and we all know that its really hard to over come. Is this the end? Is there any cure? Let me help you.
1.) if you really want to quit, you should WANT it. You should be serious about it and not play around. Most people failed to change because they didnt take quitting seriously.
2.) Have a stone hard mindset. Picture yourself to the person you want to be. The old person who doesnt need that things in order to be happy. Always think about the future results you will become.
3.) Be faithful on what you are doing. Cheating is not an option. Dont be fooled on peer pressure or the callings of slot machine. Learn how to have self dicipline. Focus on your goal and have a blindfold if needed.
4.) If you already strengthen your inner self, the next steps is already easy for you. You see, yourself is the best enemy you have and we should start changing you by the way you think. Next is, have other things to do that can make you busy. Start trading or having new business. You will soon realize that the essense of the money you lost in gambling.

People get carried away due to friends which is very wrong as one should be knowing their present situation and not to forget that everyone does not have same money. For some one even if they lose it is fine and for others it is bread and butter. So take decisions rationally.
The word quit in gambling if addicted to it is likely to be hard. At a time i ran at lost in gambling and i thought over it to quit but i could not just because of my lonely life after taken that decision. To quit will be easier to those who are not deep into gambling(casino's) or any other games.

Hard but not impossible so when someone really want to get away from gambling they need to have some other intention to quit it and they need to love it more than the gambling then they can avoid gambling at all.

once a gambler always a gambler hahaha well i was able to stop my gambling addiction for years yet it keeps haunting me over and over again thats why Im here again trying to take some risk again in money gambling. thats what we all do anyway, who doesnt, right?
