We can't  put all those casinos on scam list for going offline awhile who have at least given signature campaigns here and are active in their threads.
By outros,  all casinos have different gaming aspects, may be some have hindermost support but are not scam

OP is just a half-ass guy who doesn't do his research properly and just comes and create fuss about a bitcoin casino's servers going down for a bit.

Before you accuse them, you better show real concrete proof of what you accused them off. Not just because they had a down time. Like what others said, have you mentioned the other sites that went down?

Do you offer legal action against temporarily unavailable websites?

What ? What are you talking about ?
He claims to offer #1 legal services and his opening post is about temporarily unavailable websites. And as warn about temporarily unavailable websites does not make much sense I asked if he offers legal action in regards to this.

Metawin.com - Truly the best casino ever
Any website can go offline for some time and this doesn't means they are scam because of this. But also let's take for example sportsbet. Every bitcointalk member can see that they aren't good and they are taged because they didn't give winning to their customer (still good they returned deposited money). I want just only to say that this is reason and you aren't doing things correctly, for some minute or hour shutdown you can't add them on scam list and if you add, write real reason.

in BTC we trust
Always good to have another look on the industry and have someone announcing the closed casinos, not to talk about the scam ones and another issues.
Top review sites in the market like askgamblers, bestbitcoincasino, bitcoincasinoaffiliates and others are doing the exact work and trying to provide the most updates view for the best of the players.

note: bitcoinscamfighters does looks good, but you need to update the law-firms-directory with something...

Not just offline casinos, user need to get more information about the casinos that are online and scamming.

There are a lot of ways to scam users. And people suffer much from these sites.

Being a scamfighters you should include positive and negative reviews of the sites. And listen to both parties for the conclusion.

to be honest, there are quite a few casinos or dice sites offline around the globe at any given moment in time
the fact in itself is not suspicious or unusual
if you tried and provided some insight or at least your version as to why they are offline (be it ddos, maintenance, possible scam, technical problems etc.)
this would have been much more useful,IMHO

I hope you do realize that when 2 casinos owned by the same company (and probably hosted on the same provider) going down at the same time isn't a big deal. Your title makes it seem like it's a huge problem and that they have became a scam, when it is quite unlikely.

I think vegascasino.io was also down (same company), yet you didn't mention them.

So you are providing us some information that leading to offline on their server or they already do not run their site? Because it seems that some of them are trying to fix things here, you can see bitcasino as examples. And for other site they do not update their thread here, are you goinf to say they are offline too? Please give specific reason or may be some lead to this "offline" that you mean

That makes two of you now (the other is game-protect) whose chief aim is to alert people about casino scams. It's a great idea to form some sort of community to protect consumers but you already face a difficult task, especially with the way crypto gambling is virtually unregulated. I might suggest a more formal approach, and less antagonistic ones - with a clear focus on achieving your goals.

Game-Protect for example, does quite well in structuring their consumer protection aims but suffers from a conflict of interest (they also advertise casinos). You can see the user's trust feedback to understand how important objectivity is.

@OP: You can start by improving your thread title. A casino being offline isn't nearly enough to warrant a scam.

Is just a warning. We are not the same as Game-Protect.

Thank you,
Support Team
